Located in the village of North Reston, the cottage is 1.5 miles from a shop and cosy pub in Legbourne. Louth, known as the capital of the Wolds, is 5 miles away, offering a vibrant selection of independent shops and places to eat and drink.
Cadwell Park race track is just 9.5 miles away, while the historic market town of Horncastle, the seaside town of Mablethorpe and the Wolds Wildlife Park can all be reached within 17 miles. Not to be missed is the Donna Nook National Nature Reserve (13.5 miles), where you can spot grey seal pups in November and December.
