Well it was quite eventful. We live in Colchester, so no too far from Debenhambut the floods were a surprise and it was cut off. The property is described as private,but the owner is passing directly in front of the property several times a day to work at the end of the field and even had a bonfire on one day,so made it undesirable to use the outside space on that afternoon. We had a wonderful stay at the Mill. It was wonderfully quiet and isolated, sitting out on the deck or in the sunroom provided a lovely view of the fields and the rabbits hopping around. Absolutely loved our stay here, such a quirky beautiful building. We felt welcomed and comfortable as soon as we arrived; so much attention to detail, beautiful decor, comfortable bed and sofas, well stocked kitchen with everything thought of. We love this attraction in Scoulton, Norfolk with a great collection of animals. Children and adults alike have the chance to get hands on with the animals in the special handling areas. Hot food is available over lunch times.

Africa Alive is one of Suffolk's largest attractions and one of the most popular in the whole of the UK. The Africa themed park is very unique and gives visitors the chance to see some amazing creatures in a habitat which is as close to nature as possible. The park can be explored by car and on foot and Hyenas and Giraffes are just some of the animals you will encounter as you make your way around the park. Watch out for the lightning fast Cheetahs and keep your eyes peeled to spot the more reclusive creatures. During a day at Africa Alive there will be plenty of shows and educational talks taking place and if the weather turns then the indoor Adventure Play Ground comes in very handy.
