We had a really super long weekend break at Glenisla Escape. It was thoroughly enjoyed by our 3 generation party group. My elderly Mum loving the countryside aspect, visits from friendly chicks and the fantastic Peel Farm coffee shop and gift shop. The 'youngsters' headed for the loch side beach with picnics, loving the farm trail and befriending a ll the animals. Us middlies relaxed in the Jacuzzi and enjoyed the peace. Dining al fresco we were entertained by the show of house martins - bliss.

We would thoroughly recommend this property - light and spacious, well-equipped and at this time of year, the farm animals and the birds were absolutely adorable! Plenty to look at around the farm and numerous good walks and restaurants within easy reach by car as well as some close enough to walk to. It was a little way to the nearest supermarket and pub but the farm shop and cafe were superb and it was lovely to be so close to them. Beautiful surrounding and plenty of walks to explore.
