Despite this being a winter break we found the accommodation both warm and cosy! Having read the previous comments, we were aware of the climb to the property, bearing in mind we are both in our 70s we didn't find it a problem! Extremely dog friendly. Excellent hosts! The welcome gifts were very much appreciated, we would love to return!

Arrived to be greeted by the homeowner who showed us to the lodge, how the hot tub worked and welcomed us. The lodge is perfect has everything you need and more, all good quality furnishings and the most comfiest bed! On arrival we were met with a warm welcome and shown to our accommodation. It was lovely, clean and secluded , set back from the road. We found a bottle of wine, chocolates , tea and coffee. There was everything we needed for our stay. If only the weather had been that accommodating that week. Look forward to returning.

This little lodge is compact but it has everything you need for a romantic couples get away. This place was absolutely spotless. Clean and modern, with everything you need for a holiday. We loved the hot tub and the owners were a lovely couple and very helpful. Amazing place and incredibly friendly owners

An amazing stay at the garden room. It is very private which is nice. We were amazed on how lovely the lodge is, very well equipped with everything you need (salt, pepper, hairdryer, hangers, tea towels, bin bags etc) and a guidebook which was very useful! A nice area too, the beach, pub, shop is not far at all, and a lot of places are only a short drive away, only problem if you are walking is there is no path on the main road. Over all really lovely, the hosts are lovely and happy to help.
Kerry
The property was spotlessly clean and everything you could need was provided ,the owners were both very friendly and helpful, only minus point was path to property was very steep although the owners did provide a trolley for bags, would definitely stay there again
Helen
Fabulous cabin in a quiet and private location. Beautifully presented. Close to great beaches, shop and pubs. Definitely 10/10!!

The Garden Room is a studio lodge, which is well designed and comfortable for two people and is surrounded by lovely wild flower gardens. As the added extra of a hot tub which is secluded and private.

Could not have wished for better. Owners were so helpful, hot tub wonderful and beautiful views. We will go back definitely.

Had a great time in the garden room Would recommend to people as was very comfortable and we had all we needed. Owners were very helpful and recommended places to eat and walk . This lodge was amazing. Great sea views and was home from home. It had everything we needed. The owners were both lovely and the bottle of wine and big bar of chocolate was just perfect to snuggle up with on the first night. We cannot wait to return and have another relaxing holiday. The lodge is situated in a perfect spot to use as a base to trave l around and see the Jurassic coast. To sum up the lodge and holiday just perfect.
Sharon
Fantastic accommodation. Lovely and clean and modern. Would recommend to anyone and would definitely stay again.
Jennifer
All the positive reviews are truly deserved. We booked our break based on the reviews previously left. The accommodation is immaculate and of a high standard with lots of little touches that make you feel welcome and at home. We were left a bottle of wine and a huge bar of chocolate on arrival. The hot tub and small ,private enclosed garden was ama zing and meant we could have the door open without worries of our dog wandering off. Lots of nice dog walks within a short distance.
Alison
The Garden Room was a pleasure to stay in. Close to all that was needed. A very relaxing break.
Samuel
Lovely place, quiet peaceful relaxing so brilliant
Andre
My husband and I stayed in The Garden Room in February. It was a lovely place to stay, super clean and fresh feeling. Really cosy and had way more amenities inside than I had thought I would find. The hot tub was private and always ready to hop into and the view was beautiful. As others have said, be prepared for a steep slope or steep steps to acc ess the property though! Although this was definitely worth it for the view. It was situated behind a private gate, so our car always was safe too.
Brian
Lovely building in a remote setting, but not too remote. Sea view is as described, sitting in the hot tub whilst watching Weymouth bay was lovely. Dark skies with little light pollution for star gazers too. Property was well catered for. Very friendly owners and a pleasure staying at the Garden Room. Would definitely recommend.
