We stayed over winter and found the place really warm and comfy. The climb to the property was a bit steep, but we’re in our 70s and managed fine-no worries there! From the moment we arrived, the host greeted us warmly and showed us around the lodge, explaining how everything worked. The place really is well-equipped with high-quality furnishings and the most comfy bed - we slept like logs! The location is ideal, close enough to Weymouth and the beach but still peaceful and private. We were a bit worried about cleanliness since it’s pet-friendly, but honestly, it was spotless. We’d definitely come back, hopefully when the weather's nicer. Totally recommend!
