We had a fantastic time! The cottage was really charming, roomyand had loads of character. The kids couldnâ€™t get enough of the hot tub! The Gaggle of Geese pub nearby served great foodand the big garden kept everyone entertained. Plus, walking across the fields right from the door was a real bonus. We loved it!

The old chapel is truly beautiful and our 12 and 14 year olds absolutely loved the hot tub! The welcome pack was a lovely touch and really appreciated after a long drive. The Internet was a bit patchy at times but wasnâ€™t a huge problem since we were mainly there to explore the area. The only minor issue was that despite the warm weather, the chapel got quite cold first thing in the morning and late at nightand the heating controls are operated from the ownerâ€™s adjoining property. Still, overall we had a great stay and would definitely come back!

This is a lovely cottage, really comfy beds and sofa in the lounge. The jacuzzi was a great bonus, especially after a long day of walking around. It's close to a lot of interesting places, which is handy. The view from the garden is stunning and there's always bird song in the background, which is so peaceful. We really enjoyed our stay!

Honestly, the building is absolutely beautiful and has such a lovely peaceful vibe. Our little boy (1 year) really enjoyed the space and it's helped him start walking properly, which was great to see. The toys and books were a really kind touch and made things even better. Our old dog loved relaxing in front of the log burner and coming along on all our local family walks. The owners are super friendly and approachable if you need anything, but they also give you plenty of privacy to just enjoy your stay. Definitely recommend!

The kitchen is small but wonderfully equipped, with such lovely little welcome touches. It's a brilliant base to explore the attractions in Dorset and Somerset. Open year round we think this is one of best attractions in Dorset and you even get the chance to adopt a monkey if you choose.

The perfect place to visit on a rainy day this large Sealife Centre is currently offering 2 tickets for £15.00 when you book online. Top attractions include the amazing shark tunnel, the rock pools and the otter enclosure. This year Loch Lomond Sealife Centre is also home to Cammy - the only Giant Sea Turtle in Scotland! The centre also offers visitors an educational experience with talks and hands on events taking place daily.

Longleat Safari and Adventure Park - BA12 7NW

You may have seen this amazing attraction on the BBC1 Animal Park programme. This is actually the first safari park outside of Africa where you can get close to the animals from the comfort of your own car.
