Llecyn Reviews

Niall
Llecyn is a lovely house and perfect to get away from it all. The rooms are very comfy, the kitchen is very well equipped and the lounges are roomy and comfortable. The snooker room is excellent and the table is good. Hot tub is also nice. The location is ideal. 8 minutes into Aberdaron. the beech is sandy and large when the tide is out and the Read morecliff walks from the beech are very nice (lots of up and down the cliffs). The Gwesty T Newydd does good food and good beer and has a terrace looking over the beech, 1st come basis for seats and dogs allowed on the terrace and the front room. Hells Mouth is also well worth a visit, park in Porth Neigwl car park and an easy 5 minute walk down to the beech. The Sun pub (Robinsons) in Llanengan is also well worth a visit on the way back... roads are narrow though. The Rivals (Yr Eifl) is a good challenging walk, we did it in the fog and rain so didn't get the views but still nice, some steep sections and minor scrambles. All in all a very good place to relax walk swim and explore this part of wales. Hide

House is fully equipped so you can just turn up with the bare minimum. If you don't want to load the car with everything or coming from abroad, it's great. Not just enough beds for 10 people but big enough living area too with 2 of nearly everything. 2 living rooms, full size bathrooms, washing machines, dryers, fridges, double cooker, airers and mRead moreultiple amounts of crockery and cutlery. 2 hair dryers, huge hot tub and loads of land. Went for father in laws birthday and he was over the moon. Great villages around the area within a quick drive too. The house was spotless and there all the detail was there, Washing up liquid, clothes, sponges, washing tablets, bin bags, tea towels, bath towels, toilet roll, kitchen roll, tea, coffee, sugar, bread, milk, butter.
