Roslyn

Kerri
Nice property, comfortable, a bit difficult to locate as not sign posted great. Quiet location but not far from amenities. No welcome pack so make sure you buy your own milk etc.
Gary
Really nice property and garden area. We had a lovely week here and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Great location for peace and quiet with friendly neighbours. Only a 20 minute drive to lovely beaches. We will be back.
Paul
My family and I had a wonderful week at this charming converted barn. The location was perfect. The hot tub was a firm favourite.
Lisa
Stunning cottage, the most beautiful we've ever stayed in.
Diane
Note there is now a rope rail to assist with the stairs to the master. The cottage was very clean and owners very helpful.
Peter
Lovely stay, well equipped, welcoming owners. Fab place for the dog and all of us. Had a really good time. The week went too fast. Thank you
Karen
Great location and lovely property. There was a lot of building work going on next door which was noisy. As we went out every day this wasn't a problem, but they do start work early , so be prepared for an early wake up call !
Gill
I would thoroughly recommend this lovely converted barn. Great facilities, beautifully done, and the outdoor hot tub was a wow with our grown up children and partners. Pete was lovely, and really helpful with a couple of queries. Perfect for our family
Adrian

Ian

Punita
The cottage was really spacious and clean. Just right for 6 people. Kitchen was well equipped and had everything we needed. Centrally located to get to the broads or the sea side. Peter, our host was welcoming and always available for any queries. Lovely holiday and would go there again.
Wendy
Beautiful cottage, with a lovely big garden and very well equipped kitchen
Tammi
The property was beautifully presented and extremely comfortable during our stay. The beds were large and comfy, the kitchen was well equipped and the hot tub was superb. Peter was very helpful throughout our stay and was available to be contacted without being imposing at all. Top hosts at a top location!
Sara
Lovely peaceful setting, close to a range of amenities. However, please be aware that the property may be unsuitable for those with impaired mobility due to a couple of steep steps in the garden area and difficult access across deep pea-shingle through the side gate access. The stairs up to the master bedroom are also steep and without a handrail, although lit automatically.
Katherine
The barn was beautifully refurbished to a high standard. The owners were helpful and just a phone call away if needed. The garden was an amazing sun trap and great for the dogs to run around in. My Dad has trouble getting up and downstairs and as there is a downstairs bathroom and bedroom it was perfect. The barn is so peaceful and sitting in the h ot tub or garden was just idyllic. All the rooms were spacious and the beds and sofa very comfortable. It was truly a wonderful stay.
Roberta
This is a barn conversion, in a lovely rural location. Everything you need is catered for in this excellent property. Plenty of room inside, enclosed rear garden for dog, and or children, nice outdoor seating area. The hot tub looked clean and inviting, shame the weather wasn't warm enough for us to use it. Nice touch were flip flops for quests use after a soak. The owners and caretaker have to be thanked for their care and help. Would definitely recommend to others to use.
Ian
Beautiful clean accommodation. Set in lovely surroundings. Good sized enclosed garden and private hot tub area. We had a lovely relaxing week.
Emilia
Fantastic stay - a really lovely house with everything we needed. Very clean and beautifully decorated. The hot tub was a very welcome addition. Good location for the local attractions, some nice local pubs too. The owner was on hand and really helpful - we would love to stay again and will definitely be recommending!

Bewilderwood - NR12 8JW
about 4 Miles
Bewilderwood is a fun day out for the whole family located in the Wroxham area of Norfolk.  This imaginative adventure park has won awards and we think kids especially will love the characters and the magical tree houses. You can even book your ticket online and beat the queues by visiting their website where you can also view video clips of the park. This place is also the setting for the book 'A Boggle at BeWILDerwood', by local children's author Tom Blofeld.  Parents are not left out either as you're encouraged to take part and play alongside your children.
Dinosaur Adventure Park - NR9 5JW
about 12 Miles
This fun family day out has been well planned and we think is certainly worth a visit.  New for 2010 is the PrimEvil at Dinosaur Adventure.  Other fun activities include the Dinosaur Trail, Arachnophobia, the Raptor Races and the adventure play area.  The secret animal garden is also popular.  You can play a role in wildlife conservation and sponsor an animal if you wish.  At the moment if you sign up for their newsletter there is a chance to win a family ticket.
Sheringham Park - NR26 8TL
about 14 Miles
The National Trust Sheringham Park in Norfolk was designed by Humphry Repton and the book of original designs can still be seen. The park has many attractions including a viewing tower and a gazebo with amazing coastal views, wildlife trails which young children will love and an exhibition barn where visitors can learn the history of the park.
Bishops Boats Seal Trips - NR23 1RY
about 20 Miles
This is a really unique attraction running daily seal watching trips from the middle of March right through to the end of October.  The experienced skippers will lead you out on one of the traditional wooden boats where you will have the chance to see both common and grey seals.  If you love animals then this is one attraction not to be missed! They also do some boat trips combined with guides on dry land such as seal watching combined with a visit to Blakeney Point Nature Reserve, owned by the National Trust.  We think this attraction is excellent value for money as they keep their admission prices low.
Pensthorpe Nature Reserve & Gardens - NR21 0LN
about 21 Miles
if you and your family are interested in nature and wildlife then Pensthorpe Nature Reserve & Gardens is the perfect place for a day out. This beautiful area of national parkland is home to a huge range of common and rare birds from sparrows to Red Crowned Cranes and also has a red squirrel enclosure - part of a conservation programme and now home to a family of adorable squirrels. Other activities to enjoy at Pensthorpe include pond dipping and Landrover discovery tours. Pensthorpe also played host to BBC'S Springwatch in 2010.
Pleasurewood Hills Theme Park - NR32 4TZ
about 23 Miles
Pleasurewood Hills Theme Park is an amazing 50 acres area of stunning coastal parkland and is packed with family friendly rides and attractions. This park is an excellent choice for families with children of varied ages as there are a number of small rides for the little ones as well as some adrenaline boosting white knuckle rides for teenagers. As well as rides the site hosts some fantastic shows including the ever popular Sea Lion and Parrot encounters. At Halloween, Christmas and Easter other themed shows can also be enjoyed.  The site also has a good range of places to eat and drink whether you are looking to spend a leisurely hour relaxing with a meal or just grab a quick snack.
Melsop Farm Park - NR20 3DT
about 23 Miles
We love this attraction in Scoulton, Norfolk with a great collection of animals.  Children and adults alike have the chance to get hands on with the animals in the special handling areas.  On rainy days there is always the indoor play area for the little ones and when it's time for a bite to eat the cafe on the farm is open all day selling drinks and snacks.  Hot food is available over lunch times.
Banham Zoo - NR16 2HE
about 26 Miles
This award winning wildlife attraction has much to offer both families and couples looking for a fun and educational day out.  You can discover a whole wild world of animals with over 1000 different animals from around the world. You will probably want to try and spend the whole day here so you don's miss out on anything.  Highlights include the amazing animals presentation, the birds of prey display and the feeding talks, all of which take place at set times of the day.  This attraction is fantastic value for money and highly recommended.  Their latest event is the Snow Leopard Club Naming Auction and there has recently been a baby giraffe born at the zoo.
Africa Alive - NR33 7TF
about 27 Miles
Africa Alive is one of Suffolk's largest attractions and one of the most popular in the whole of the UK.  The Africa themed park is very unique and gives visitors the chance to see some amazing creatures in a habitat which is as close to nature as possible. The park can be explored by car and on foot and Hyenas and Giraffes are just some of the animals you will encounter as you make your way around the park. Watch out for the lightning fast Cheetahs and keep your eyes peeled to spot the more reclusive creatures. During a day at Africa Alive there will be plenty of shows and educational talks taking place and if the weather turns then the indoor Adventure Play Ground comes in very handy. The site also has a well stocked Gift Shop and a Discovery Centre.
