Commented in the book on site. It is full of little niggles that need fixing to make the stay perfect. Many are now aged and have got worse. Still a lovely stay and quality family time.

Beautiful cottage, definitely a keeper except it's fully booked for the rest of season.
Christine
Lovely, spacious bungalow in a good location. The welcome pack is a nice gesture. Hot tub is amazing & was enjoyed by all of us once it had heated up. Disappointed that we couldn't use it on the day of arrival as it had been cleaned & wasn't hot until the next day. Glad that it is kept clean though. A note to this effect would have been helpful. I would definitely stay here again & recommend it to friends & family
Nicola
Great property, well equipped and with nice little extras such as bread, milk etc. and toilet roll left for us. A lovely large and fully enclosed back garden which the grand children and the dog enjoyed playing in, with the bonus of a large hot tub. Comfortable furniture and beds and large bathrooms. Bonus off road parking. The only small niggle is that it is on a main road and can be noisy in the front bedrooms with the windows open.
Lindsey
We had a wonderful time, and would love to return .it is a beautiful bungalow , and in the perfect location , bus stop is just outside the bungalow , one side to kings lynne and other side to Hunstanton , the bungalow has everything you need and more . Thankyou
Graeme
Great location, lovely accomodation
Alan
Not luxury but WOW What a pleasant surprise to enter a rental house that feels like someone's home. Clean, warm, large, comfortable and then the kitchen. OK, its dated but loads of crockery, cutlery, pots & pans etc and even sharp knives with a sharpener. My list could go on but you get the point. We have rented a lot of properties over the last 25 years and this is unusual. One very minor grumble from us oldies is that we never had full control of either the fire or TV/sound system. Look on FB
John
We had a great stay lots to see and do around the area. Nice on our return to get in the hot tub and chill, have a walk in the woods and see all the wild deer. Excellent stay great for watching your dog go mental racing around in the woods. Just perfect for a relaxing holiday, 2 really friendly pubs in the village too.
Stuart
Great clean comfy cottage, ideal location, nice touch with the hot tub
Holly
Really lovely cottage. Very clean, spacious and comfy. Really well equipped. Modern and clean bathrooms and kitchen. Great size garden and all enclosed so very safe for the dog. Hot tub was excellent and not overlooked. Short walk to a coop and within walking distance of 2 dog friendly pubs. Short drive to Sandringham and nice beaches.
Valerie
we could not fault our accommodation, it had everything we could possibly want including the extras like bread, tea, coffee and was spotlessly clean.
Philip
The cottage is clean and comfortable. Well equipped with all you need for a stay away. Local shop is less than 5 minutes away. Close to Sandringham. Garden well laid out with plenty of chairs to sit outside. The hot tub was good.

Please note that some of these activities and days out are paid and it's always a good idea to book in advance to secure your place where applicable.

Pensthorpe Nature Reserve & Gardens - NR21 0LN
about 16 Miles
if you and your family are interested in nature and wildlife then Pensthorpe Nature Reserve & Gardens is the perfect place for a day out. This beautiful area of national parkland is home to a huge range of common and rare birds from sparrows to Red Crowned Cranes and also has a red squirrel enclosure - part of a conservation programme and now home to a family of adorable squirrels. Other activities to enjoy at Pensthorpe include pond dipping and Landrover discovery tours. Pensthorpe also played host to BBC'S Springwatch in 2010.
Natureland Seal Sanctuary - PE25 1DB
about 22 Miles
Awarded the Lincolnshire Family Attraction of the Year award in recent years this fun day out is recommended. You can see seals and penguins, as well as other animals in the popular pets corner.  Feeding time for the seals and penguins is the real highlight of the day. Entertainment, education and conservation are the main aims of this attraction. Natureland's work with abandoned baby seals has become known worldwide and it's carefully researched rearing and treatment program is now used by many other rescue centres.
Bishops Boats Seal Trips - NR23 1RY
about 22 Miles
This is a really unique attraction running daily seal watching trips from the middle of March right through to the end of October.  The experienced skippers will lead you out on one of the traditional wooden boats where you will have the chance to see both common and grey seals.  If you love animals then this is one attraction not to be missed! They also do some boat trips combined with guides on dry land such as seal watching combined with a visit to Blakeney Point Nature Reserve, owned by the National Trust.  We think this attraction is excellent value for money as they keep their admission prices low.
Melsop Farm Park - NR20 3DT
about 26 Miles
We love this attraction in Scoulton, Norfolk with a great collection of animals.  Children and adults alike have the chance to get hands on with the animals in the special handling areas.  On rainy days there is always the indoor play area for the little ones and when it's time for a bite to eat the cafe on the farm is open all day selling drinks and snacks.  Hot food is available over lunch times.
Dinosaur Adventure Park - NR9 5JW
about 27 Miles
This fun family day out has been well planned and we think is certainly worth a visit.  New for 2010 is the PrimEvil at Dinosaur Adventure.  Other fun activities include the Dinosaur Trail, Arachnophobia, the Raptor Races and the adventure play area.  The secret animal garden is also popular.  You can play a role in wildlife conservation and sponsor an animal if you wish.  At the moment if you sign up for their newsletter there is a chance to win a family ticket.
Sheringham Park - NR26 8TL
about 28 Miles
The National Trust Sheringham Park in Norfolk was designed by Humphry Repton and the book of original designs can still be seen. The park has many attractions including a viewing tower and a gazebo with amazing coastal views, wildlife trails which young children will love and an exhibition barn where visitors can learn the history of the park.
