We have a very relaxing stay here over New Year. It was quiet and the place was very comfortable. Would return as we loved the location near some gorgeous beaches. The welcome hamper was a nice touch and the beds were so comfortable. Would recommend.

Had a wonderful long weekend in November. There was a little problem with the central heating, however, the staff were extremely helpful and quick to respond and deal with the issue. Sea Glass Barn is stunning and matches the photos! We even used the hot tub in the rain! Everything was welcoming: home, staff and surroundings. We shall definitely beRead more returning. Hide

Lewis
Nice place. Clean and somewhat well equipped but lacking in areas too. Master suite was nice but other two double bedrooms were below par comfort and size wise and one didnt even have an opening window for air, just a skylight, so a very stuffy bedroom. Early checkout on final day was disappointing and kitchen under equipped for a place of that siz e, accomodating ten people. Expensive for a week. Limited places to eat out and no BBQs allowed !!!
Belinda
Fantastic cottage with beautiful rooms and open plan lounge diner and kitchen. High tech and plenty of space for families. We made full use of sauna, hot tub and cinema room in the property. None of us wanted to leave!
Melanie
Our family had a lovely holiday at Seaglass Barn. A quiet setting close to coastal walks and plenty of things to do nearby. Kitchen was especially well equipped and the outdoor area was comprised of several different areas which was great for the 3 generations of our family to congregate to celebrate a big birthday . We enjoyed both the hot tub and fire pit in the evenings . We felt thoroughly spoilt and would recommend to others.
Tracey
Lovely well kept and clean accommodation with great facilities in the place. Everyone loved the hot tub and kids the cinema room. Just got too hot in rooms so bought some fans.
Linda

This was, hands down, the best cottage that we have ever stayed in! It was beautiful and the welcome ox was outstanding. We would highly recommend this to anyone.
Alison
Cottage layout was great for us as it was all on one level with plenty of bathrooms, as we had elderly parents in our group. Very clean, welcome pack on arrival was great, we had lovely walks with our dog to Mundesley beach which was close by. Cinema room, hot tub and sauna room were brilliant (with robes and towels supplied). Also 15min to train s tation at North Walsham to visit different places.
Natalie
Amazing place to stay to celebrate my 50th with friends! We loved the space we had in the communal kitchen / diner / living room - the island was MASSIVE in the very well-equipped kitchen, which we all sat around often. Amazing tech throughout - sound and speaker system inside and out, operated by panels throughout. The cinema was also fantastic, w ith Sky Sports, Netflix etc! Hot tub also great! It was also in a lovely location - nice coastal walk down to the village pub. Highly recommend!!
Claire
Lovely and luxurious accommodation! Just right for a group of nine adults looking for some peace and quiet in January. Would definitely think about returning.
Lisa
Seaglass barn was an incredible space. The facilities were outstanding. Our boys LOVED the cinema room. We made use of the hot tub and occasionally the sauna. The cottage was exceptionally clean and was well stocked with everything we needed. We used the on-site gym and the games room which are great to have. It was perfectly placed for wonderful w alks along the beach and for lovely meals at The Ship Inn and for fish & chips. It was perfect to relax after Christmas. Thank you!
Paul
3 night stay in the Sea Glass Barn, Mundesley Holiday Park. The property is fantastic, high end fixture and fittings, its at the luxury end. On entrance we were all really impressed with the cleanliness and dcor of the property, modern, contemporary. The large kitchen, dinning come living area was the perfect social space for a large group. Bedroom s were all spacious some with en suite, the cinema room was fantastic, hot tub was ready for our arrival and checked daily, sauna was also a bonus.
Alison
Sea Glass Barn was stunning. Accommodation perfect. Ground team could not do enough to help - checking the Hot Tub twice a day and were friendly and polite, even to our two dogs. No improvements to suggest as we had a perfect holiday. Absolutely loved it and would highly recommend.
Lee
Fabulous property - no issues whatsoever. Would highly recommend. Communication was great leading up to our stay. The barn is beautifully done! Clean, lots of smart tech and all the equipment needed for your stay. A beautiful welcome pack awaited us with lots of local produce! Darryl
Just a perfect place, everything you need plus more for a great time. Everything is top quality, great welcome pack, so much space inside and out, lovely fire pit, great sauna and hot tub, sound system is something else! Very clean, close to beach, loved it!
Ian
Excellent property, so much space and great facilities.
Alec
Sea Glass Barn is superbly fitted out and was beautifully prepared and clean ready for our holiday. The on-site staff were very friendly and helpful, and quickly sorted a couple of minor issues. It was perfect for our three-generation holiday and we'd love to return.
Jane
Sea glass barn was the perfect spot for our group to stay. It is very spacious and had everything we needed. Both indoor and outdoor spaces are beautiful.
Sheila
Very well equipped property, high quality furnishings, perfectly clean. Lovely outlook, quiet. Holiday park well maintained, pleasant walk along cliffs to village and beach. High tech equipment, e.g. sound system, great fun, hot tub and cinema room a great family hit.
Olivia
Lovely lovely accommodation and great location for walking and travelling to other parts of Norfolk, it was pretty much 30 mins to everywhere! The cinema room was amazing on the rainy evenings and the hot tub was a perfect addition. Really high finish on the entire barn. Thank you!
Marian
We spent a fantastic week in Sea Glass Barn, a multi generation family, we enjoyed the hot tub, cinema room, sheltered decking and toasting marshmallows in the fire pit. All ideal as our daughter spent her birthday here and we had plenty of room to celebrate. A fantastic selection of Norfolk produce awaited our arrival. Everywhere was spotless and smelt fresh. Lots to see in easy distance of the site.
Leslie
We enjoyed a great family holiday - the facilities and equipment are all excellent and geared towards having a good time. Location is perfect, nice and peaceful with the coast being only a very short walk away - we liked walking to The Ship Inn for a drink in their beer garden which overlooks the sea (also, had a very nice meal there as well). The hot-tub, outside furniture, fire-pit and cinema were well used and enhanced the whole holiday experience. A good time was had by all - thanks.
Helen
Absolutely stunning Lodge. Plenty of space for 5 couples. Fantastic short break enjoyed by all.
Sheena
Sea glass barn was perfect for our special weekend of 2birthdays & a wedding anniversary. The cinema room was well used as was the hot tub & sauna. It is in a great position just a 10min walk to the beach which our 2dogs loved. The bed in the master bedroom was extremely comfortable & the walk in shower had lovely hot water for before & after the h ot tub. All in all it was comfortable & well appointed.
andrew
All of our party were amazed by Sea Glass Barn and being our first entire family holiday it made it that extra special. The welcome hamper is a great touch. Looking at photos we were skeptical of the barns size but in honesty the photos don't do the barn justice, the barn is huge and very spacious. The cinema room and hot tub were enjoyed by all, e specially the kids. Wow, wow and wow was all we could hear when first arriving and exploring the property. Definite recommendation to all that we know
Denise
What a fantastic place ..if you have a family gathering I would highly recommend. The added touches of the cinema room ..sauna and hot tub ... just top's this off .The place was immaculate.. already rebooked.
Paula
A fabulous property, it had everything and more that we ever imagined, the cinema room and hot tub were firm favourites with our whole family.
Vicky
Lovely weekend away with the extended family. Lodge is fantastic and has everything you need and more. Kids loved the cinema room and we all enjoyed the hot tub. Would love to go back for longer next time.
Elaine
This a perfect place for multi-generational families to holiday together. There was plenty of space and the open plan nature means no-one is excluded, even when it's their turn to cook! The cinema room was very popular with the young grandchildren during the day, and with the grownups in the evenings. The staff at the holiday village could not have been more friendly, welcoming and helpful. The welcome basket and fridge of goodies plus dressing gowns and slippers made it feel very special too.
Sarah
A good size accommodation in a nice location within walking distance to the beach. Great cinema room and hot tub. Appliances and cleanliness in the barn could of been to a much higher standard. Highly disappointed the games room was being used as a storage room as we chose this venue as the games room was one of the amenities we wanted due to party size and time of year weather , if known this we would of booked elsewhere. We dont feel it was value for money.
Karen
What a fabulous find! This accommodation is perfect for a large group - with or without kids! The set up of the accommodation was perfect - the interior decoration was beautiful and the facilities fabulous (especially the hot tub and cinema room!). Plenty of crockery /pots and pans etc. and towels/bedding etc. Great location - a mile from the beach and nearest pub. Lovely holiday park too, well managed and clean/tidy. Would highly recommend!!!
Michael
Our second visit still great wow factor.

Attractions Near Sea Glass Barn

While there'll be plenty to keep you entertained an Sea Glass Barn itself, if you plan to get out and about and see some of what Norfolk has to offer, here are some of the nearby attractions you can enjoy during your stay. Please note that some of these activities and days out are paid and it's always a good idea to book in advance to secure your place where applicable.

Found a special day out near your cottage? Please let us know and we'll add it so that other visitors can enjoy it too!
Sheringham Park - NR26 8TL
about 11 Miles
The National Trust Sheringham Park in Norfolk was designed by Humphry Repton and the book of original designs can still be seen. The park has many attractions including a viewing tower and a gazebo with amazing coastal views, wildlife trails which young children will love and an exhibition barn where visitors can learn the history of the park.
Bewilderwood - NR12 8JW
about 11 Miles
Bewilderwood is a fun day out for the whole family located in the Wroxham area of Norfolk.  This imaginative adventure park has won awards and we think kids especially will love the characters and the magical tree houses. You can even book your ticket online and beat the queues by visiting their website where you can also view video clips of the park. This place is also the setting for the book 'A Boggle at BeWILDerwood', by local children's author Tom Blofeld.  Parents are not left out either as you're encouraged to take part and play alongside your children.
Dinosaur Adventure Park - NR9 5JW
about 17 Miles
This fun family day out has been well planned and we think is certainly worth a visit.  New for 2010 is the PrimEvil at Dinosaur Adventure.  Other fun activities include the Dinosaur Trail, Arachnophobia, the Raptor Races and the adventure play area.  The secret animal garden is also popular.  You can play a role in wildlife conservation and sponsor an animal if you wish.  At the moment if you sign up for their newsletter there is a chance to win a family ticket.
Bishops Boats Seal Trips - NR23 1RY
about 18 Miles
This is a really unique attraction running daily seal watching trips from the middle of March right through to the end of October.  The experienced skippers will lead you out on one of the traditional wooden boats where you will have the chance to see both common and grey seals.  If you love animals then this is one attraction not to be missed! They also do some boat trips combined with guides on dry land such as seal watching combined with a visit to Blakeney Point Nature Reserve, owned by the National Trust.  We think this attraction is excellent value for money as they keep their admission prices low.
Pensthorpe Nature Reserve & Gardens - NR21 0LN
about 23 Miles
if you and your family are interested in nature and wildlife then Pensthorpe Nature Reserve & Gardens is the perfect place for a day out. This beautiful area of national parkland is home to a huge range of common and rare birds from sparrows to Red Crowned Cranes and also has a red squirrel enclosure - part of a conservation programme and now home to a family of adorable squirrels. Other activities to enjoy at Pensthorpe include pond dipping and Landrover discovery tours. Pensthorpe also played host to BBC'S Springwatch in 2010.
Pleasurewood Hills Theme Park - NR32 4TZ
about 28 Miles
Pleasurewood Hills Theme Park is an amazing 50 acres area of stunning coastal parkland and is packed with family friendly rides and attractions. This park is an excellent choice for families with children of varied ages as there are a number of small rides for the little ones as well as some adrenaline boosting white knuckle rides for teenagers. As well as rides the site hosts some fantastic shows including the ever popular Sea Lion and Parrot encounters. At Halloween, Christmas and Easter other themed shows can also be enjoyed.  The site also has a good range of places to eat and drink whether you are looking to spend a leisurely hour relaxing with a meal or just grab a quick snack.
