Overall we had a fantastic week, the house was large and accommodated us all really well the house is situated on the edge of the village, which has a great coffee shop and a local convenience store The carpets were a bit tired but as we were a large crowd with a dog it probably was for the best A good choice for a large mixed age group .

Sutton Lea Manor was the perfect place for our family holiday. Beautifully furnished, super comfy beds and a garden perfect for family games. The bedroom layout could have been designed for us with one room with inter connecting doors to a twin room. Perfect for a couple with very young children. The hot tub was a big hit with the teenagers. It is a very pleasant walk to the Rose and Crown pub. Nearby beaches at Old Hunstanton, Holkam and Brancaster are lovely as is . Burnham Market for shops
Melanie
This was a great location for our family get together (9 adults, 3 children, 2 babies). Plenty of space inside to be together, beautiful garden for the children to explore, lots to do in the area - plenty of activities 15 minutes or less drive away, and well set up for 14 people.
Emma
Absolutely beautiful house in the most beautiful village. Can not fault anything. So sad to leave.

We held a family 40th birthday celebration for our daughter and other family. There was 7 adults and 7 children. The property was so large that we all had plenty of space. The decor and furnishings were of a very high standard. Lovely clean and bright property. We would be happy to return any time.

We really enjoyed our family holiday. Thank you. So much space for us all to be together and a great location. Sandringham was a lovely day out, the deer farm around the corner, Hunstanton and wells-next-the-sea nearby and just the local area and pubs. A lot more space and facilities at the property than we actually thought as well. Each family gro up were able to split and have a bathroom each! Perfect
Katie
What a superb weekend! Totally amazing property and surroundings. Greeted on arrival by the wonderful Justin who showed us around and explained how everything worked. The property had everything we needed and more. The welcome pack was fantastic and much appreciated. Every room was well presented, the beds were the comfiest we had ever stayed in an d the hot tub and stunning gardens were simply the icing on the cake. Thank you so much and we will definitely be returning!
Jill
14 of us had a great stay at Christmas. We could all sit together in the lounge and around the dining table, but there was also plenty of room for us to spread out inside and out. The kitchen is very well equipped with plenty of crockery, cutlery, etc. The owners were accomodating in flexing dates and the caretaker was very helpful and attentive. I t's a ten minute stroll to the village where there are a couple of nice pubs and restaurants, though you'll need a car to go much further afield.

Pensthorpe Nature Reserve & Gardens - NR21 0LN
about 16 Miles
if you and your family are interested in nature and wildlife then Pensthorpe Nature Reserve & Gardens is the perfect place for a day out. This beautiful area of national parkland is home to a huge range of common and rare birds from sparrows to Red Crowned Cranes and also has a red squirrel enclosure - part of a conservation programme and now home to a family of adorable squirrels. Other activities to enjoy at Pensthorpe include pond dipping and Landrover discovery tours. Pensthorpe also played host to BBC'S Springwatch in 2010.
Natureland Seal Sanctuary - PE25 1DB
about 19 Miles
Awarded the Lincolnshire Family Attraction of the Year award in recent years this fun day out is recommended. You can see seals and penguins, as well as other animals in the popular pets corner.  Feeding time for the seals and penguins is the real highlight of the day. Entertainment, education and conservation are the main aims of this attraction. Natureland's work with abandoned baby seals has become known worldwide and it's carefully researched rearing and treatment program is now used by many other rescue centres.
Bishops Boats Seal Trips - NR23 1RY
about 21 Miles
This is a really unique attraction running daily seal watching trips from the middle of March right through to the end of October.  The experienced skippers will lead you out on one of the traditional wooden boats where you will have the chance to see both common and grey seals.  If you love animals then this is one attraction not to be missed! They also do some boat trips combined with guides on dry land such as seal watching combined with a visit to Blakeney Point Nature Reserve, owned by the National Trust.  We think this attraction is excellent value for money as they keep their admission prices low.
Melsop Farm Park - NR20 3DT
about 27 Miles
We love this attraction in Scoulton, Norfolk with a great collection of animals.  Children and adults alike have the chance to get hands on with the animals in the special handling areas.  On rainy days there is always the indoor play area for the little ones and when it's time for a bite to eat the cafe on the farm is open all day selling drinks and snacks.  Hot food is available over lunch times.
Dinosaur Adventure Park - NR9 5JW
about 28 Miles
This fun family day out has been well planned and we think is certainly worth a visit.  New for 2010 is the PrimEvil at Dinosaur Adventure.  Other fun activities include the Dinosaur Trail, Arachnophobia, the Raptor Races and the adventure play area.  The secret animal garden is also popular.  You can play a role in wildlife conservation and sponsor an animal if you wish.  At the moment if you sign up for their newsletter there is a chance to win a family ticket.
Sheringham Park - NR26 8TL
about 28 Miles
The National Trust Sheringham Park in Norfolk was designed by Humphry Repton and the book of original designs can still be seen. The park has many attractions including a viewing tower and a gazebo with amazing coastal views, wildlife trails which young children will love and an exhibition barn where visitors can learn the history of the park.
