This place was truly amazing!! The location is great, the design is exception, it was immaculately clean, the entertainment areas were fantastic and it's all within a water tower which adds to it's character. I couldn't recommend this place enough and we had a fantastic long weekend to celebrate a milestone birthday.

Lift doesnt stop at every floor though. 9 double bedroom, terrific roof terrace, large cinema, 2 gaming areas, a significant lounge, huge kitchen diner, and a basketball hoop. Friendly hosts. The Concrete Castle is absolutely amazing. It has everything you need for a superb and varied holiday. We were a family of 16 with ages ranging from 8 years to 77 years old and the property addressed all our needs. One of the highlights was the cinema room where there is a cinema are plus of other electronic games to play with. We had a marvellous Karaoke session! We found the surrounding area delightful and interesting with a large variety of things to do. Our best holiday yet!

The Skyscraper offers everything you need for a wonderful break. If you want peace and quiet your isolated but 10 minutes away from The Freetown Boot which is very good. If you want to be a bit more lively there is everything you need to have a great time including a disco system. I cannot recommend the property highly enough and the fact that we n ever had to contact the owners once during the stay highlights the excellent organisation.

Would highly recommend the skyscraper. Finished to a highly standard. Has everything you need equipment wise. Location is great only 10-15 min taxi to the centre and no one close enough to worry about being to noisy. We had a great time here and would actually stay again.

This amazing owl sanctuary located in the Stowmarket area of Suffolk should be high on your list of places to visit in the area. The attraction is also a registered charity and carries out important work in the care & rehabilitation of owls from the region. The sanctuary also raises awareness of owl conservation throughout the UK. Between April and the end of September there are two superb flying displays each day so you should try and make your visit coincide with one of these displays if you can.

Colchester Zoo is a fantastic place to visit with something for all the family. Wander around and see the array of animals in excellent habitats. Don't forget to visit the Leopards at Ussuri Falls, this new expansion can be located opposte the White Tiger Valley and the Medellin Momkeys. Other popular areas of the zoo include Tiger Taiga, Chimp World and Wallaby Walkabout. Look out for special events throughout the year such as Shriek Week on Halloween.
