New Elm Tree Farm Reviews

The 4 of us had a fabulous time at the property. It was beautiful inside and out. It was spotlessly clean, spacious and cosy a real home from home. The hot tub was lovely and beautifully maintained. The location is also perfect to explore the many walks and attractions within a short distance. We will definitely be booking this again! The only thing that would have made it better, is if there had been another toiletshower room. That wouldve been an extra luxury but it is still outstanding as it is. Thank you for having us!
Richard

We had a wonderful stay here! 4 girls having a meet up for food, drink, hike and hot tub! It was perfect and would definitely recommend. Had really great Greek food at Kouros in nearby Chapel en le Frith.

We had a lovely week at New Elm Tree Farm, despite some mixed weather! It is in a lovely location in the countryside but a very short walk from a pub. Our baby daughter enjoyed watching the sheep and chickens in the field next door. The house is spacious, with all modern fittings, very well maintained and very clean. There are lots of nearby walks straight from the house, and a short drive to many interesting activities. We would thoroughly recommend staying here, and we may be back ourselves.
A spacious, clean and well equipped cottage located in a quiet Peak District village. Lovely views of the surrounding hills and farmlands. Well maintained hot tub was a joy to use. Hosts friendly and helpful. Couldn't fault it.
This cottage has everything for the perfect stay, its very well equipped and has a lovely private garden with hot tub. Its in a great location for exploring the Peak District and great for walking. No complaints and would definitely return.
Beautiful bungalow, quiet and peaceful location but convenient for walks and to visit other places. So nice to stay somewhere which looks like the pictures. The kitchen is well equipped, welcome tray is a nice idea. Plenty of nice places to eat nearby. Hope to return in the summer months to make use of the garden!
We were extremely pleased and satisfied with this cottage holiday. The owners have done a great job and we will certainly return and recommend it to our friends. Thank you for a brilliant 4 night stay.

The cottage was fresh & clean & finished to a very high standard. It's in a great countryside location & has everything you need for your holiday, with a few little extras which were much appreciated. The hot tub was spotless & the water quality perfect re temperature & chemicals.
We had a lovely few days at New Elm Tree Farm. Cottage is beautiful, as is the surrounding area. Cottage is well equipped and very clean. The Christmas touches made by the owners made it even more cosy. Would definitely return.

Property was very comfortable with lovley views. Modern inside and traditional from the outside. Would book again.
This is one of the nicest places Ive ever stayed and the pictures do not do it justice just how beautiful and high spec this cottage is. It was lovely that I was able to catch up with the owners by thanking them for thinking of absolutely everything, including exceptionally comfy beds, well maintained hot tub and exceptionally clean rooms. Even down to ensuring there was milk and sugar and amenities in the kitchen area.
Deborah
This cottage is perfect! We cannot recommend it highly enough. The hot tub was great.
Elizabeth
Great property, comfortable, lovely views. In a quiet village, pub close by. Great geocaching area. Well furnished, spotlessly clean. Hot tub by the patio doors.
Lovely holiday to this very comfortable and well appointed house. The property is spacious and has everything you need to enjoy a relaxing trip. The bonus of having a hot tub was appreciated by all of us. It appears the house has been relativley recently refurbished. Nice gardens surround the property and some lovely countryside views. The location is great too being relatively close a nearby main road with easy access to many of the Peak District visitor hot spots. I heartedly recommend this property if you are looking for a comfortable, relaxing and enjoyable trip to the Peak District.
An awesome accommodation for those looking for a bit of comfort in the countryside. Lovely location for walks and to enjoy the amazing scenery if the peak district.
Caroline
What an amazing location! Gorgeous views and so tranquil. Accommodation was immaculate and had everything we needed. Hot tub was fabulous. Thank you for an excellent mini break.
Clean and spacious accommodation. Relaxing especially with the local farm life just on the door step. Close to lovely villages and hamlets without having to drive to far. Hot tub lovely each night before you turn in.
Very clean and comfortable and the fixtures were of a high standard. It was very handily placed for a number of Peak District attractions, but always nice to come back to. We barely noticed the farm next door.
What a fantastic property in a really nice quiet location. The rooms were all spacious and it had absolutely everything you could need even a garage for storage of our bikes. Loads to see and do within 30mins drive even Alton towers was only 50 mins away. The hot tub was nice and secluded unlike other properties we have rented which meant we used it every night its was checked daily by the owners who were onsite should you need them we never did as everything was so new and spotless. Daily visits from their chickens made us laugh every breakfast.
Darren
Excellent property. It had only hosted its first guests in June, so everything is brand new. Well stocked kitchen, wifi code prominently displayed. Owners very friendly and welcoming. And the hot tub was a much enjoyed extra.
Angela
Everything was perfect and the property was spotless. Beautiful property in a lovely location.
Amazing stay thank you so much for having us, everything you could want was provided!
