This has to be the loveliest property we have ever rented . Garden is beautiful with lots of different areas with lots of garden furniture hot tub and even washing line ! There were 8 adults & 1 baby but plenty of room for all in all areas . Lots of books and games , very well equipped kitchen . If you love the countryside and being away from everything - this is the place for you. Beautiful property with outstanding views from every window. I have stayed in many self catering houses over 35 years and this was by far the best. From the comfy lounge for the adults, a play room for the children to the large kitchen with a massive table for u s all to gather at. Highly recommend this place and will be booking it again.

Greenstones was everything we expected and more. The cottage is a lovely space for relaxing with the family, there is so much for the kids to do with great facilities for everyone including the dog. The area is incredible, its so peaceful and picturesque. The hosts Mark and Rachel were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Nothing was too much trouble and both were very easy to talk to, the welcome basket was a really lovely touch, there was even a little gift for the dog too. Amazing place!

We were a family of 6 ranging from 2 months to 39 years (our friends also came to stay a couple of nights) and the property and space fulfilled all our needs. Bbqs every night weather was amazing. Kids loved the play room. Hot tub went down really well. Tesco 11 minutes down the road if you forget or need anything. We went to Bournemouth and Boscom be beach (just under an hour away) we went to Poole (40 minutes away) kids loved the theme park just outside of Bournemouth. All the space amazing!!!

Wow! We cannot fault our stay. The whole property was spotless, the owner was very friendly and everything had been thought of. A lovely welcome pack was there on our arrival and the hot tub was ready for us. This is probably one of the best cottages we have every stayed in! Every comfort was catered for and a plethora of equipment ensured that we wanted for nothing. The beds were extremely comfortable and there was more than adequate outdoor seating - in fact, we didn't get time to sit in all of them! You may have seen this amazing attraction on the BBC1 Animal Park programme. This is actually the first safari park outside of Africa where you can get close to the animals from the comfort of your own car. Some of the highlights include the zebras, the wallabies in wallaby wood and the sea lion escorted cruise to Gorilla Island. And of course the magnificent lions and tigers are a must see. This really is an animal experience with a difference and you can save money by booking your tickets online. This attraction is open until the end of October. Monkey World is not only a local attraction but the work they carry out is amazing. Rescuing and rehabilitating monkeys and assisting governments around the world to stop the smuggling of primates are just some of the purposes of the centre. You get to see the primates themselves many of which have become famous from appearing on the TV show Monkey World - a documentary about this place. Open year round we think this is one of best attractions in Dorset and you even get the chance to adopt a monkey if you choose.

Kingston Maurward Gardens and Animal Park is a magical place to visit with grand gardens and plenty of animals to meet. From goats and ponies to alpacas and pot bellied pigs this attraction is excellent value for money. You can feel free to explore the grounds too which are especially lovely on sunny days. You will see majestic floral displays, stone terraces, a temple and even a lake.

Dorset Teddy Bear Museum - DT1 1JU
