Accommodation was easy to find using the post code and directions provided. Parked in a dedicated car park and had a short walk to the pod. Buggies were provided to wheel luggage. On arrival at the pod it appeared exactly as advertised, and was in a clean and well maintained state. The hot tub was prewarmed and was clean. The heating within the lodge was already on and was very welcoming. There are 4 pods on the site, which are far enough away from eachother to not seem overlooked and we felt we had privacy, but was a nice feeling knowing other people were around in case of emergency. Beautiful pod, great views. The only negative was a loose toilet seat, but otherwise perfect. Will book again in the future

Thoroughly enjoyed my 2 night stay! Everything was clean and tidy had basic facilities such as tea and coffee and cleaning bits Lovely and peaceful I took my puppy who also seemed to enjoy! The only thing it your taking your pet is this pods verander isnt fully enclosed so just have to keep an eye on them constantly but wasnt a massive problem. The sofa wasnt too comfortable so didnt sit on it but the bed was fine. If you are looking for a peaceful break in the middle Of nowhere this is for you! Thank you for a lovely 2 nights

A lovely restful stay, cosy pod, beautiful surroundings and very clean. I appreciate that the hot tub cover was replaced and had been identified as being damaged without me having to say anything. It would be useful to have instructions in the information folder on how to work the barbecue, as the oven didnt look safe to use. A suggestion would be to keep the cooking rings and use the space taken up by the oven with a microwave & toaster. This is standard in Europe

Couldnt log into my account to get my money back as I was very unwell and couldnt go down, did send multiple emails but no one replied.

Brilliant weekend away with the Mrs, brilliant time fishing even though most of them were night time bite but can't complain. Biggest fish was just over 15ibs average was about 9ibs. Would highly recommend to everyone, would recommend to put it on GO CATCH as it would be alot easier to book for fishing.

The outside area needed something else to enhance your evenings. Once the sun went In there wasnt much else to do as the hot tub wasnt working bar go inside the pod. Maybe the addition of a fire pit or chiminea would have extended our outside time.

OMG, I ended up going on my own, the best time ever and I mean that, it was so peaceful, I was able to relax, Chill, and unwind, I left my phone off, it was heaven, it was hot and the hot tub was wonderful and the BQQ was used a lot, the owners were so helpful and nothing was to much for them, if you want to get of the grid for a week, then it's the place to go, I stayed on site all week, why cos I felt comfortable, no traffic or sirens, just sheep, cows, birds, would I go back? How yer 100 I will be going back

Me and my husband had an amazing week away. It was just what we needed. It was nice and peaceful. We spent most of the week at the pod sitting outside, enjoying the lovely sunny weather while fishing. Managed to catch 3 carp towards the end of week. Would recommended this place to anyone and booked for next year's holiday.

The pod was lovely and exactly as it is in the photos. It was such a relaxing place to be by the lake in the hot tub with the working farm around you it was beautiful. Would highly recommend staying here and we will be back next year

Absolutely amazing stay and place. Minimalist but sufficient for our trip. We took our 2 spaniels and they had a whale of a time with plenty of space to run and the walks we did was with breathtaking views. I took my fishing rods and caught carp of the decking to 15lb. To top it all the hot tub was a great hit in the evening with a bottle of wine. Definitely will be going back, perfect all round.

This was such a beautiful place to stay. Really enjoyed every minute of it. Only issue we had was trying to contact the owners regarding the fishing. Unfortunately they ignored our message but we soon figured it out for ourselves.

A fantastic stay! Very peaceful and comfortable. On the second day there, we took a walk around the farm and the owners had kindly allowed us to check out the barn. They were very friendly and its an experience we will never forget. The pod was modern and clean. The hot tub was out of this world and the views were amazing. We will definitely be back!

We absolutely loved staying in goose pod for the week, its a very peaceful and tranquil place to relax and to get away from everything, I also did carp fishing and caught some stunning mirror carp up to 18lb which where absolutely immaculate, also the hot tub was amazing by the lake side, The owners andy and rob where proper sound and we will be definitely staying here again soon.

Fantastic stay! We spent 2 nights at Goose pod and we will definitely return. We have already recommended to friends and family! Amazing location and podslodges are located around a lake but with enough privacy that you dont feel overlooked by neighbouring visitors. Pods were super clean with good amenities and the comfiest bed. The hot tub outside was just the icing on the cake and this gets topped up with chlorine etc daily and cleaned for each visitor it was also turned on before we arrived so it was already warm and ready to get into when we checked in. Cant wait to come back already, and the owners of the farm and podslodges have got it spot on!
