Enter into a porch with boot storage, before discovering a light and airy sitting room with an open fire and bay windows, and opposite you will find a snug with a daybed for when you need to break away from the group. Cook up a storm in the kitchen/diner, making hearty meals using the ample amenities, before enjoying a hearty meal at the dining table, or alternatively head out into the formal dining room and enjoy your meal in a space filled with natural light, complemented by a bottle of fizz.

On the ground floor there are three bedrooms, two doubles and a king-size with a TV and en-suite bathroom, serviced by a cloakroom and shower room, and here there is also a handy utility. Upstairs you will find a landing with table and chairs, fridge, and microwave, plus two further bedrooms, a single and a double providing plenty of space to rest.

When the sun is shining, head out into the garden and make the most of the large garden space, dining alfresco or relaxing in the summerhouse with a good book. Head over to Greenfield for a convenience store and selection of pubs, and there is a variety of eateries, pubs, and shops in Oldham.

At Saddleworth you will find a golf course, museum, and there is also the option of the idyllic walk around Dovestone Edge and Dovestone Reservoir. The property has access to the bustling city of Manchester via a local train station, where there are shopping opportunities, museums, galleries, and bars to choose from.
