The spacious country-style kitchen is a delight, complete with a Belfast sink, granite worktops and an impressive dual fuel range cooker. With a large farmhouse table and a cosy open fire, it provides a wonderful sociable space to sit and linger over a communal meal.

For more formal occasions there is a separate dining room with a woodburner. The equally spacious sitting room also offers a warming woodburner, comfortable sofas.Two staircases lead up to the upper floor, with three of the bedrooms having an en-suite and all with a TV.

The family bathroom has a bath and shower, catering for all the family needs. The garden room has been craftily converted from an original stable block and houses the bubbling hot tub at one end, an exercise area with a multigym and exercise bikes and additional dining area and conservatory furniture set around the patio doors that open onto a pretty, enclosed courtyard garden.
