Old Bank House is a comfortable, cosy well equipped property in an ideal location, both within the town of Melrose where all the shops youd need are within walking distance and there are excellent cafes and restaurants also very close by. Melrose is centrally located within the Borders - lovely walks and also very close to the railway station at Tw eedbank from where you can enjoy a day in Edinburgh. Theres garage space for one car and a free car park nearby. All in all, highly recommended!

A delight. So much thought has been put into this property. We really appreciated the pictures on the walls, the carpeting, the good beds and bedding and the quantity of towels. An excellent snooker table and hot tub together with well appointed bathrooms provide for a quality stay in this pleasant Borders town. We spent a lovely week with family with children aged 5 to 15 at this unusual property that definitely has the wow factor. Huge lounge and dining/games room are brilliant for large parties and the younger ones had room to run around. Like all the previous guests we loved the pool table and hot tub. We parked nearby or in car park. Melrose is a wond erful small town with lots of lovely walks, independent shops and eateries. The rail station not too far away for a day trip to Edinburgh is great.
