What a time we had , absolutely excellent . The facilities were amazing and the views stunning . We had the best time and will definitely return. The owners were helpful accommodating. The cottage was clean and comfortable and just as beautiful as the views were . Highly recommend !!!

We had a great time here over Christmas. It had everything we needed for 6 adults, 3 young children and 2 babies. There was plenty of room, especially the living area. It was very well equipped and the very helpful owner would have sourced anything else required. Its in a great location near shops etc and the setting is stunning: we enjoyed walks oRead moren the beach and taking in the view from the hot tub. We did feel that the house was a bit cold, but the owner soon adjusted the heating. Hide

We had a lovely stay at Pebble Beach for a family 70th Birthday weekend getaway. Very spacious, photos dont show how spacious it actually is & has everything you need. However We felt the house was too warm to our liking, we were unable to adjust it & the hot water availability is not sufficient for multiple people showering as its a tank system. Really well equipped comfortable cottage. Sofa and beds very comfy. Great hot tub with lovely views. Friendly owners. Great base to explore Scotland, close to shops but youd never know it as very peaceful. Would stay again.
John
Great location and accommodation. Having the hot tub and bbq enclosure were a bonus with couple of the cooler evenings. Whole family was there, five adults plus two grandchildren and dog. All enjoyed it very much and worked really well for us.
Lewis
Great big holiday home for a family getaway. We'll equipped, and good location. Host was helpful, and good communication.
Kathy
Cottage is brilliant! We were a party of 10 + baby and dog. Its so spacious even at full capacity. The cottage is very well equipped - in particular the kitchen. We liked how it felt so rural but we had a city just a couple of miles away and a retail park even closer. Loved the big safe garden with access to pebble beach - had a few beautiful sunse ts -truly amazing! Didnt use the BBQ hut although it looked great but made good use of the hot tub. Everyone thought the place was amazing.
Helen
The property was stunning. Sitting in the hot-tub watching the seals and the sunset was just sublime. The location is perfect. From a practical note, the kitchen was one of the best kitted out Ive come across. Everything was thought of. Great for the cooks throwing together the evening feasts. All rooms were comfortable, the bathrooms great. Nathan was a great help as we had some strange requests to pull together a 25th wedding anniversary celebration. Even my old dog loved it! 10/10 !
David
Beautiful cottage in a superb location.
John

Fabulous accommodation in a lovely setting and only a short drive to the shops. It really is a home from home with all comforts and a very good kitchen with a plentiful supply of cooking equipment (perfect for our xmas stay) The beds are comfy and good quality bedding ,so a good nights sleep and lovely to wake up to that view The garden is a real b onus and loved seeing all the wildlife so close to the gate. We made good use of the amazing hot tub and also the bbq hut which was perfect too. 10/10

I cant recommend Pebble beach enough, house is perfectly situated with amazing views of sunrise and sunset. The access to the pebble beach was an added bonus. The garden was well used by kids and dog. House had everything you needed not that much time was spent inside as we had fantastic weather and spent most of our time outside. Lots of attractio ns within a short distance so plenty to do without spending too much time in the car. We will be returning.
Eve
Super house, lovely location with spectacular views. Great for family & dogs. Saw seals on our last morning!! Very easy to look after, beds comfortable and plenty of good towels. Kitchen well equipped. Ideal location to see the Highlands. Fab beaches at Nairn (do try the Strathnairn Beach cafe). Hot tub and BBQ hut great fun. Nathan a responsive ho st (broken kettle replaced speedily) although disappearing hot water on leaving morning still a mystery!! An all round excellent holiday house.
Alison
Loved this cottage. It was in a beautiful location. It was roomy and comfortable and welcoming. Great BBQ area and hot tub. The garden going down to the pebble beach was great for everyone to relax in. The only negatives were not enough bins for the amount of people using it and that the fold down bed had a broken slat. The house was nicely decorat ed and in a great position. It was in a lovely countryside setting but near to a retail park and roads leading to Nairn and Inverness.
Frances
Wonderful holiday retreat with outstanding views and so spacious . Nearby to a number of places to eat and visit .
Gerard
We loved the secluded location of the property, while being not very far from all relevant amenities like shops/restaurants. The property was very clean, and had everything required for a large group. We had 6 in our party. The two living areas allowed for different TV tastes! The dogs also had a ball. The garden is huge and the access to the pebbl ed beach another bonus and allowed evening walks regularly. A great house. Highly recommended.
Janet
Great view from the property. Loved seal watching! Location is excellent for visiting the surrounding area. BBQ hut and log heat hot tub were great. Bedrooms nicely appointed and beds very comfortable. Garden room and lounge however are a little tired and need updating. Sofa bed needs replacing or fixed properly and the water pressure was a problem for us too (owners have been advised) so hopefully will be resolved for future guests
Kimberly
We had a lovely relaxing family holiday, I would highly recommend this cottage. Perfect family room/kitchen to spend time in. kids and dogs loved going to the beach everyday, having bbqs and sitting in the hot tub. Perfect environment to chill and lots of attractions close by.
Johanna
An absolutely fantastic location with tremendous views. Great for our party of 7 & 2 dogs. Note though that the fence has gaps which our dogs got through onto neighbours property. BBQ hut a nice addition. Wood fired hot tub rather a long winded process. Property was basically clean but some areas let it down. Overall a very enjoyable stay, just nee ds some attention to make it perfect.
Rebekah
Beautiful location to chill and relax. Amenities very close by in the car. House has all equipment for cooking with decent size pots and pans.
Justine
The location was perfect and the garden was great for the dog. It was always lovely and warm with the under floor heating. The cottage was comfortable and had everything we needed and boasted some fantastic views! The water pressure was terrible for the showers and although it had 3 showers in the property we could only shower one at a time which d efeats the point of multiple bathrooms. It wasnt the cleanest property weve stayed at either but these were minor point in what was a great stay!
Ellen
would definitely go back. Beautiful house and location.
Sarah
Fabulous place to stay. Plenty of room. Very comfortable. Amazing views. Hot tub and bbq hut were great. Easy to get to. Felt secluded and isolated but had all conveniences such as pubs and shops within walking distance. Would happily book again
William
Great property great location fantastic views lots of garden for dog to run Perfect
Gina
Absolutely great property! Very very well equipped and comfortable cottage. Great communication and help from owner if we needed them. Location is FAB!!! Beach right at the bottom of the garden. watch out for the patio when its been very cold, like an ice rink, 3 of us went flying over on it. Also there is no path through grass down to the hot tub and BBQ hut so again we had a slippy episode after a lot of rain. Great holiday, great location, great house and would visit again for sure
Jane
Lovely cottage for a big family get together. Private with breath taking views. It was so welcoming coming in for the first time with all the lights on and a Xmas tree up. The layout of the cottage was great and the gardens were very safe for the dog and children. Highly recommend a stay.
Lilian
Third time lucky as due to covid Christmas 2020 and March 2021 everyone was in lockdown. Worth the wait it's beautiful. A lovely walk from gate ( just under bridge where you come in) takes you along side of Moray Firth. Views amazing. Culloden and Inverness short drives away
Mandy
Absolutely gorgeous house with the most amazing views. Has everything in it you would need and a great place for a family holiday.
Liz
Very spacious, so well equipped, beautiful outlook, the views from the cottage are lovely, ideal location for exploring. The seals on the rocks were an added attraction. We were a big party of all ages the cottage was just perfect for us. We would highly recommend staying at the cottage it was so lovely.
