Number 11 Reviews

Superb property in a lovely part of the world. Thanks to the owners for their support help and thoughtfulness. This deserves more than 5 star
Gareth
This was our second visit to Number 11 and enjoyed it just as much as the first time! It is truly a home from home and so comfortable! We had the best sleep weve had in a long time during our week stay! The location is perfect for walking into Beauly highly recommend The Corner on the Square for breakfast and cakes delicious and very friendly staff. Look forward to returning again in the future !
This cottage was a dream. It was absolutely beautiful. The little village had an old school, with gifts of all sorts, an Abbey ruin with information on steel plates on the walls. There was a butchers, cake shop, Coop and clothes and a charity shop. It had all you required and was delightful. We would love to go back to Beauly and to the cottage. It was so spacious and delightful. We could not fault a thing..Thank you Evelyn and Hubby for allowing us to spend our holiday in your immaculate holiday home. XX

No 11 is simply the best and is a true home from home. It is clean, well maintained and extremely well presented. Every little thing has been thought of and provided. The addition of the hot tub is an extra bonus. It is also well positioned, on a quiet road, with amenities close to hand. 1010 from my family.

Wow wow wow what a great week at number 11 we have rented many propertys over the years but number 11 is by far the best. It was immaculatly presented with everything you are ever going to need for a relaxing break away. A well appointed kitchen, beautiful bedrooms, hot tub and gardens to relax in all added to the week. The owner was very helpful and quick to respond to our enquiries, thank you very much we hope to come back here in the future.
Hannah
We really fell in love with No. 11. Very spacious, clean, luxurious whilst remaining comfortable, and exceptionally well appointed. Excellent location for exploring the area, walks, sightseeing. Would highly recommend and very happily return.
Its a lovely home from home. We had a fantastic week in the cottage and would definitely return. Host was there if we needed anything.
Justine
It would be useful to include in the information regards the induction hob. A set of sharp knives along with standard cooking utensils would be of benefit and a cheese grater not just a Parmesan grater. Limited selection of cooking pans. Various cups with chips need to be removedreplaced. Beerlong drinks glassware limited, a change of towels midweek would be a benefit. Television reception in lounge was intermittent.
Kieran
The property was exactly as mentioned and perfect for us. The location was stunning with lots of local walks and sights to see. The locals were very friendly and welcoming. We will definitely stay again.
Lovely place. Immaculate. Can't fault it in any way
Lovely house, 5 stars
Perfect holiday let had absolutely everything we needed, well equipped and we loved the homemade shortbread! Hot tub and ping pong table was a huge hit with our children. Owners very helpful and on hand if you need anything at all. We have absolutely nothing that we can critique!
Sheena
Beautiful holiday home, every detail thought of. Would recommend with the added comfort of a burning fire which was appreciated as it was so cold and frosty outside. Cannot recommend enough, good value too with the hot tub. 1010 from us.
One of the best places we have stayed at. Everything is provided, loved the hot tub & enjoyed the table tennis.
Gareth
We had a wonderful weeks stay at this property! Weve stayed in many holiday homes and this was the best by a mile. It has everything you can ever need and want. Evelyn is lovely and communication before during and after was great. What we loved most about the home was how cosy and convenient it was. The hot tub was a huge bonus which we enjoyed every day and night. We walked into town a lot and enjoyed meals at The Priory hotel and also the Indian and both were excellent. The local coffee shop was also amazing with delicious cakes you must try! The whole town was so friendly and quaint! Overall the cleanliness, convenience, comfort and luxury was just what we wanted and needed for a perfect holiday. Would not hesitate to stay again! Thanks Evelyn x
Number 11 in Beauly is a lovely house finished to a very high standard and very well equipped. The house was very clean and communication from Evelyn was excellent. We will definitely be going back to number 11.
This was our fourth stay at number 11. It is an immaculate property stocked with good quality items and is beautifully looked after. It is a pleasure to stay there.
Jacqui
A lovely bungalow which is spacious and thoughtfully decorated. Good base for exploring the wonders of Scotland.
Jennifer
This was the second time we had stayed at No 11 and it was as fantastic as the first. The property is immaculate and the owners go over and above to ensure you have a good stay. There is no need to take extras with you as absolutely everything you will need is provided.
Russell
Fantastic place to stay. Cleanest I have seen with everything you require for a self catering holiday. Hot tub is ideal for unwinding after a day wandering the highlands. Number 11 is well worth putting on your wish list, would definitely return. Location is ideal for touring the area, which has the most incredible scenery and some of the best driving routes in the British Isles. Local shops are fully stocked and costs are reasonable, visit the local deli, they do an excellent breakfast!
Christine
We had a lovely stay at number 11. The accommodation was first class and Beauly is a lovely place and a good base to visit the Highlands and surrounding areas.
Jennifer
Absolutely fantastic holiday property with everything you could possibly want provided. Very spacious bungalow, lovely to have the garden room in addition to main lounge and of course the hot tub is a lovely bonus and robes provided ! We have self catered for many years and this is definitely an exceptional property and we would not hesitate to return or recommend to anyone.
No 11 is a beautiful house. Everything is so clean and of top quality. We first stayed here in April 2019 and the house shows no signs of wear and tear, it is obviously very well looked after by the owners. It is a wonderful place to stay.
Christine
We really enjoyed our stay at No. 11, couldn't fault anything. We were very warm and comfortable, especially as the weather changed from heatwave to snow!
Joanne
Number 11 is an absolutely beautiful cottage which was extremely well stocked and equipped. The cottage has a lovely garden which my daughter loved to explore in. The hosts were very helpful and easy to communicate with regarding the use of a cot and highchair. Amenities near by ate great too. We loved our stay in Beauly and would recommend number 11. We will most definitely come back and would not hesitate to recommend to family and friends.
Andrea
Number 11 is a lovely, well kept property. We found it to be spacious, comfortable, very clean and well equipped. The owners ensure your stay goes with out a hitch, making you feel very welcome and just a phone call away, which is most reassuring. The location is ideal being close to local amenities and many attractions available in the area. We would highly recommend this Home from Home.
Richard
Extremely delightful property with all equipment needed and very clean Plenty local shops and a quiet cozy neighbourhood.
Cheryl Louise
What a wonderful property to stay in, with luxurious fixtures and fittings, Great space, comfortable beds, super showers and a lovely garden space with a hot tub. The owner Evelyn, was lovely and was on hand to answer any queries that we had. The property was one of the cleanest properties we have ever stayed in, was in a great location for touring around the highlands and close to a number of shops including supermarket, takeaway and restaurants. The town of Beauly is lovely and has some lovely shops in it, with friendly staff. The property was beautifully decorated inside and out for Christmas and the owner clearly puts a lot of care and attention into the property. The additional table tennis facilities and board games are great, especially if you are confined to the indoors. We would highly recommend the property and would love to return in the future.
Excellent house, immaculate, very comfortable everything you would need for a really relaxing stay. Owner is a phone call or text message away should you need them. Has 2 sitting rooms along with the 3 bedrooms which is great. Also hot tub, log fire with plenty of logs and table tennis in the garage is great. It was a really nice touch with the Xmas trees in the lounges and lights on the outside.Would definitely return and recommend. We had a great couple of nights and would aim to stay longer in the future as there is lots to see in the area. 5 stars!!
Had a lovely time. The house was beautiful and had everything that you would need. Lovely area to go out and explore and near to lots of shops, walks ect.
Kathleen
A really wellplanned, spacious bungalow finished to a very high standard. We couldnt fault a thing. Even the abundant outside space was well laid out and well maintained so unusual in holiday properties. This does however leave us further mistrusting Sykes quality assurancetick ratings. Our first booking through Sykes was in Sept 21. Like No.11, that property was graded by Sykes as 4 tick. The disparity between the two properties cannot be overstated in terms of appearance, presentation and quality and Sykes grading of No.11 does it a severe injustice.
Excellent accommodation, very spacious and with high quality fittings. Good location near to shops, and lots to do in the surrounding area. It was only two of us staying so we had plenty of space, but even with 6 people in here, it's a lovely size of a property with plenty amenities for larger groups e.g. two fridges!. Having the hot tub was lovely with robes to wear out there and watching fireworks from it was an absolute treat. The host was incredibly helpful with questions I had both before arriving and once we were there. The only two small things very small, we had an excellent week was that it was a little chilly on arrival though I wonder if that was because all of the windows were opened for cleaning it because of Covid and the hot tub wasn't heated up on the evening that we arrived. We would definitely stay again though, highly recommended!
We stayed at No 11 2 years ago and had a fantastic stay then, and it was just as good this time. The house is immaculate and Evelyn the owner is wonderful and really welcoming and accommodating. We would very very highly recommend this as a place to stay.
Maureen
Fabulous accommodation! Lovely spacious house, would highly recommend to families.
Patricia
Really enjoyed our week in this beautiful house. It was perfect for my 95 year old Dad and the rest of us had a lovely time in the hot tub. Everything was beautifully clean and well kept.
Stephen
Surprisingly spacious, well equipped property. We enjoyed our one week stay here. The bathrobes were a pleasant surprise!!
Katrina
Perfect bungalow, plenty of space for 6 adults, spacious outside area and amenities Close by.
Kathryn
This is an amazing property. It is just like the pictures and is well equipped, with 3 lovely bedrooms, 2 ensuites and a communal shower room. The garden is perfect, with a hot tub, barbecue and seating area, lovely for sunny evenings. Location is great, walking distance to shops, park and eating places.
Alison
The cottage is in a lovely village. The cottage is amazing with all the comforts you need.
Stephen
