We had a great 4 days at Hamble Reach. House is lovely in a beautiful setting. Hot tub was a nice bonus. We saw deer in the neighbouring meadow. Really good bathrooms and very comfortable beds. Overall a fantastic house in a beautiful just needs a few tweaks to make it even better.

We were a group of 5 couples on our annual weekender. The house was amazing and very well appointed, the setting was stunning on the bank of the river, with a beautiful wooded area and loads of wildlife. The deer were especially nice to see. It was within 25 mins walk of local pub, (lovely Sunday roast). We made full use of the hot tub, BBQ and bri lliant games room. There was plenty of space both inside and out in the grounds. Will definitely book again. Thank you it was truly amazing

Fabulous house situated in large private grounds with views over the river Hamble and surrounded by wildlife such as deer and woodpeckers. The games room was a hit with the children and adults alike, as was the large hot tub. The spacious utility room is ideal for one or more dogs with the tiled/wooden flooring downstairs being perfect for their pa ws. The large master bedroom with its small breakfast size balcony overlooking the river was amazing, as were the large TVs in virtually every room!

!SELECTED!We had a fantastic time in this property celebrating my mum's 80th birthday. The house was clean and comfortable. The master bedroom and ensuite were both huge and very impressive. The games room/bar was ideal, especially as the weather was not the best. Beautiful garden in which we had visits from Deer. Wow! The photos of this beautiful house do not do it justice. We booked for Christmas week with a large family and upon arrival we were in love. The house had been beautifully decorated for Christmas and was clean and very comfortable. The children loved the games room and the master bedroom was amazing. The grounds were beautiful and we often spot ted deer, with lots of lovely walks and places to explore. We would love to return in the summer and make use of the BBQ and views from the patio.

Royal Victoria Country Park is highly recommended for a day out in the summer and has lots of things for children to do. There are woodland trails to explore with free maps and guides available. There are also several play areas, one for older children, one for the little ones and one for disabled children so no one is left out of the fun. Within the grounds there is also a heritage site, a tea room and a formal garden.

Go Ape in Hampshire offers a unique opportunity for energetic adults and children over 10 to let off steam. This is a really fun and memorable attraction which is suitable for day trips or short breaks. You can buy your tickets online which will help you beat the queues especially in school holidays as well as save money. With a whole host of attractions and thrilling rides there might not be enough time in the day! Exciting rides include the Edge and The Cobra. More family friendly rides for younger children include the Magic Carpet Ride and the Flying Frog. Appley Park is a great place for families with young children to spend the day and is especially popular during the summer months. Within the park is a playground with pirate ship, a selection of slides and swings and a pathway leading down to a lovely sandy beach. Paultons Family Theme Park has recently been greatly improved to include many new attractions for younger visitors. The brand new Peppa Pig World features 7 amazing new rides and an Indoor Play Area to keep the little ones amused for hours. Of course those looking for more adrenaline boosting activities will not be disappointed either as there are over 60 rides in total to try out. The mighty Edge ride and the terrifying Cobra rollercoaster are the ones to go for if white knuckle rides are your thing. Live entertainment is also on offer several times throughout the season including some amazing family shows such as "The Light Fantastic" which takes place this October.
