About The Gardeners Cottage

Resting on the gorgeous, landscaped gardens of the brilliant Elvetham Hotel in the small town of Hook, near Hartley Wintney in Hampshire, lies the stunning, three-bedroom holiday home of The Gardeners Cottage. Boasting off-road parking for three cars, pristine gardens with lawn, patio areas and a hot tub, as well as great positioning a short drive from the nearest amenities, this superb property makes a perfect base for a family or group of sharing friends who are seeking a relaxing, self-catered rural escape.

Inside, you will find plenty to love about this beautiful, period cottage, with a collection of bright and spacious living areas, including a fully-equipped kitchen/diner where you and your loved ones can prepare and enjoy your dinners, whilst a plush sitting room invites the whole group to kick back and relax whilst you watch a film on the sleek, wall-mounted Smart TV. Before the sun sets, head outside and indulge with a dip in the outdoor hot tub, a truly idyllic way to spend an evening as you gaze up as the starry night begins to appear overhead.

When sleep finally calls, refresh with a revitalising shower before you eventually settle down for a well-earned rest in one of the three sumptuous bedrooms. If you can tear yourself from your lovely new home, head out to explore what The Elvetham Hotel, and your local area has to offer.

A medieval building set within historic grounds that have played home to both Saxon and Norman invasions, whilst also previously serving as a base for both Tudor and Elizabethan royalty, discover the numerous amenities housed by Elvetham, which include the Sylvanus Restaurant and the Gloriana Bar where you can enjoy a decadent Sunday lunch, a spot of afternoon tea, or even a cocktail or two one evening. Take time to peacefully roam the tranquil grounds at Elvetham, including the serene locale of William Goldring’s Garden, set within 35 beautiful acres of land, before you reconnect with nature on a walk along one of the many routes located within easy reach of the hotel grounds.
