Spectacular Stay! We had amazing time gazing away to vineyards, watching stars from the hot tub. We truly relaxed from our crazy lifestyle in London. Our dog loved long country side walks. The cottage itself felt like home, after long day of exploring, the space wraps you with coziness and comfort. We had the best sleep while staying at the cottage. There's option to do walks in vineyard which was a bonus! The cottage is well set up! We shall be back !
George
We had a perfect last-minute, 2 night stay at The Grape Escape and it couldn't have been better. It was immaculate, very tastefully presented and with a bottle of the vineyard's wine waiting for us. The hot tub is private from the adjoining cottage but also offers an amazing sunset view across the vineyard. We thought the bed was so comfortable tha t we've made a note of its name so we can get one ourselves! Massive thanks to Liz for accommodating us. Highly, highly recommended stay.
Stephen

We stayed for 5 nights with our dog & had a lovely time exploring the area. The property is well thought out & has all you need. Liz & Tom are great hosts - on hand for advice on where to go/visit, how to use the hot tub (we didnt use it this time, not quite the right weather as we had a lot of rain!) etc. The nearby pubs are all lovely; definitely worth booking ahead if you want to eat there. We would definitely come back
Amy

A beautiful little gem. It was the hottest weekend of the year so the hot tub which was used as a cool tub was fantastic. Cottage is very comfortable and clean. Could not fault it. Liz was freindly and helpfull. Throughly enjoyed the ice lollies she had popped in the freezer. Will definitly be back to do some exploring as we were restricted to the heat with our fur baby.
Claire

Ellaline
We enjoyed our stay so much!! The cottage is in a great location, and we went to several places the owners recommended. The locals are all so friendly too! The hot tub was incredible - word of warning though, use the owners' instructions unless you want to boil alive! Mistakes were made on our first night... Overall, we found everything comfortable , relaxing and beautiful. We also came home with a few extra bottles of their apple juice (wow!).
Claire
Everything about this place screamed a retreat with everything you couldve asked for. The location meant we could travel to places within no time and the home was a wonderful and cosy trove filled with thoughtful efforts - e.g. there were sockets in the upper area where the bed was which was fantastic as my kindle started to run low. The ladder is quite narrow but would recommend people to stay here if mobile. The hot tub under the stars was stunning and afforded beautiful views of the vineyard
Georgia
Amazing place to stay! Hosts were amazing and the wine was incredible! Will definitely be back!
Michael

Jamie
Amazing place out in the country side , loved our stay! Was so nice to come away and switch off from every day life. The weather wasnt great but that didnt ruin our time in the hot tub! Will be returning again
Victoria
We had the best week staying at The Grape Escape for Christmas. The area is beautiful and quiet, there's so much to see and do nearby with loads of national trust places, castles, beaches and different towns and cities. There's also plenty of pubs only a short drive away too including some amazing gastro pubs. The owner was really lovely, explained everything and popped in with a Christmas gift! The property is beautiful, cozy and perfect for a getaway, with all the small touches!
Melissa
Had an absolutely flawless stay! Loved every minute.
Daniel

A small but beautiful and comfortable cottage in a lovely setting overlooking the vineyard. The cottage itself had everything you possibly could need for your stay and sitting in the hot tub on the lovely summer evenings made it perfect. Liz the the owner was super helpful, had lots of information ready for us before our stay to help plan our trip and was really friendly.
