A very warm welcomecfrom the owner on our arrival. Beautiful location, ideal if you seeking a bit of privacy but owners close by if any queries. The lodge is really warm and cosy with everything you need for catering in if you desire. Garden enclosed so safe for dogs. Easy access to lots of various attractions. We would definitely return.
This is a very well equipped lodge, with everything that we could have needed. It was very clean and well looked after. The hot tub was ready for us to use on our arrival. We had a great week and will definitely be returning.

Absolutely fantastic views & facilities, the lodge was beautifully clean with delicious scones on arrival. Elizabeth & Neil were so welcoming, the hot tub ready to go & even towels & bowls left for our dog. A perfect weekend get away & would love to see it in the summer!

This was a wonderful stay. Our hosts were lovely and provided a great welcome and information to us. We had everything we needed and the lodge was perfect.
What a find, Nelli Lodge really was the ideal place to relax and unwind for a week. Elizabeth and Neil greeted us on arrival, and nothing was too much trouble. They helped us out with anything we needed, other than that, they just left us to it. The lodge itself has everything you could ask for, the views are amazing, and the hot tub is an added bonus. We would definitely recommend Nelli Lodge, and we will be back !!
Absolutely loved every minute of our stay at Nelli Lodge! ! Upon arrival we were greeted by Elizabeth and Neil, 2 of the nicest people you could ever meet and the hot tub was ready for us to jump straight in. The Lodge itself is just gorgeous!! Very clean and it smelt amazing. We wanted for nothing, Elizabeth and Neil have thought of everything. And being dog friendly is a massive bonus. The views are just breathtaking and it's very quiet and peaceful there. The pictures do it no justice at all. It is absolutely stunning. We highly recommend Nelli Lodge 100 to everyone. We are definitely going back next year and cannot wait!! Thank you both so much for your hospitality, see you next year.
Nelli Lodge is an amazing rural retreat. Perfect place to relax and unwind. The hosts, Elizabeth & Neil, were a joy and easy to communicate with. Nothing was too much trouble, and they provided a whole array of perfect little touches that made our stay just awesome. The accommodation was immaculately presented and had everything we needed. The Hot tub, the views, and the tranquility was glorious. Can't recommend it highly enough. Will definitely return!!
If you are looking for a complete getaway this is your place. The lodge is immaculate , cosy and comfortable. The garden is perfectly rustic and secure. The hot tub a luxurious bonus and easy to stoke up and get going. The mile long lane down to the lodge needs careful manipulating much trickier in the dark so make sure you have all the snacks and supplies youll need before heading to the lodge. The area of Cheriton Fitzpaine is lost in time very quaint and very quiet. The walk to Thornes Farm Shop for a lovely breakfast took 40 mins each way great care was taken on the walk due to no footpath. A lovely stay

Can only give Nelli Lodge full marks! The owners have thought of everything to make our stay extremely comfortable the place was spotlessly clean and everything smelt lovely bedding, blankets, dressing gowns etc. the owners are there if you need anything and are extremely helpful but you do have complete privacy. We had booked a roast dinner at The Ring of Bells, a beautiful pub 5 mins away due to circumstances we couldnt make the reservation but was able to ask for it as a takeaway would highly recommend the meal. If youre looking for peace and comfort with beautiful views then look no further. Would love to return.
