Beautiful and interesting house, garden is wonderful - kept both adults and children happy all week. Hosts have thought of everything guests might need and they are welcoming and incredibly helpful. Berrow Beach is amazing - where the car park IS the beach - and the sunsets are amazing. Loads of places to visit in the area if you can bear to tear y ourselves away from the house!

We visited Dunes Edge with my mom and dad, daughter and husband and the 2 granddaughters. All I can say it's what a fantastic place. All you need is there, from cooking a full Sunday roast for 8 to a bbq. Very well equipped kitchen. Dunes Edge is amazing, very comfortable and a fantastic garden. So glad we booked Dunes Edge! Location was fab for the dog friendly beach and easy drives to Burnham, Weston and Wells. Great evening out at The Duck at Burtle (food was amazing), and dog friendly too. The property itself kept us all entertained. Hot tub, pool, darts, table tennis, chess, TV, x-box. Martin was super helpful, kind, thoughtful, frien dly. We felt safe and looked after and honestly couldn't have done better. Highly recommended. We'd love to rebook when weather improves haha!!

What a wonderful week we had, thank you. The house really feels like a home and the scones and tea and coffee facilities were a wonderful welcome after a long journey. We had so much fun in the games room and chilling in the hot tub. A great location for beach walks, sunsets, local amenities and had a lovely meal in the Dunston Inn. In our eyes it was the perfect holiday for our mum's 80th birthday with 3 generations enjoying everything on offer. We will be back to sample the pool soon!

A lovely, well equipped, clean holiday home. We had a week here in August - three generations from ages 4 to 61 . The weather was glorious and the pool was used every day by all of us. Excellent facilities including pool, hot tub, table tennis, darts and pool table. Something for everyone! The beach is just a 5 minute walk away. Lovely curry provid ed for our first night cooked by Martin and a welcoming cup cake for us all on arrival. Lactose intolerance catered for perfectly.

There was so much to do for children, even our 15 year old Grandson was occupied the entire week. The house was lovely, with lots of character, and we loved the super comfy beds. This really is a first class house with every thing you could need, extremely clean and well equipped with lovely comfortable beds and a great garden, after a seven hour nightmare journey we all relaxed in minutes of arriving, a big thank you to Angela and Martin for the scones, jam and clotted cream even treats for our dog. This is a lovely property in a great location for a family with children. We were a family of 8, grandparents wirh grown up children and young children, ages 7 8 and 9. There is plenty of things to do at the property, swimming pool, hot tub, garden games, indoor games, books, a table tennis table and a pool table. If it rained all day you will not be short of things to do. It has been very well thought out with the family in mind. In good weather the seating area outside is wonderful. Recommend

The owners were easily contactable and responded promptly to any queries we had and were more than helpful. Had a fabulous time, the location close to the dunes and beach is perfect. The jacuzzi is divine and the games room great fun for some evening entertainment. The garden is big, but if you have a dog that likes to 'explore' it may be able to get out. The house itself is of a really good size and the kitchen very well equipped.

We went in the off season but there was still lots of local facilities available within a short drive/ walking distance for young families to keep you entertained during your stay no matter what time of the year you visit .
