This property is wonderful. It's well appointed, really spacious and full of character and charm. We held a 70th birthday weekend celebration here with a large group of different families and were really comfortable and within walking distance of all that beautiful Llandudno has to offer. We would love to return
Nicola

Jan
A beautiful property situated just a couple of minutes walk from the shops, restaurants and places of interest in Llandudno. An ideal house for large groups or families, very well equipped with lots of space to socialise and cosy bedrooms.
Jennifer
Fantastic stay at this lovely property for 9 friends. Pictures dont do it justice. Hot tub was an unexpected hit. The house was perfectly located for exploring Llandudno - the cars didnt move until it was time to come home. House has such a homely feel to it which means you instantly relax. We hope to visit again very soon.
Victoria
Facilities at this property were great and were more than enough for our family group of 12. Whilst there was a steep stepped climb to the front door from parking area (4 mid size cars, possibly 5 at a squeeze), rear access (with only a couple of steps) is also available for anyone who may find that climb a struggle. It's in a quiet location but is right on the edge of town so an easy short walk gets access to the tram station, pier, Great Orme, beach and loads of shops and restaurants etc.
Pat
Everything was perfect. Loved the welcome pack of essentials and the wine in the fridge. A lovely touch. Also soap and toilet paper in every bathroom, very useful after a long journey with 8 children!
Tony
We had a range of ages and all really enjoyed our stay. The hot tub was well used by the younger ones. A great location in a great town. The pier and the Great Orme were particularly popular. .
Vivien
Fabulous house and superb location. Every room was sparklingly clean. All bedrooms comfy and ensuites pristine. Ideal location. Ample parking, we had 4 cars . We were celebrating my husbands 70th birthday so lots of facilities close by. Lots to do for all age groups. We would love to revisit. Hot tub, games room and snooker table we're a bonus for our grandchildren.
Julie
The house was lovely. The location was great with beautiful views of the sea and mountains. All the 8 bedrooms had everything you could need. The telescope was a great touch and young and old enjoyed sending time looking though them. The children enjoyed time away from us in the games room. The dining room had a very large table which converted into a snooker table which was enjoyed. We all loved our stay and would recommend this house to everyone.
Nik
The best place my family have stayed we will certainly be back
Carla
What an amazing house! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Church walks. The house was larger than we had anticipated , It was spotlessly clean and had everything by you could possibly need. The hot tub was well used and the water was checked part way through our stay. There was enough off road parking for our four cars which is where they stayed for the week. The house is well positioned for walking or getting the bus around the local area. Overall, a great place to stay!
Omar
The property is simply stunning! It is brilliantly decorated with brilliant facilities. Each room is clean with a majority of them having their own en suites also. The location is fantastic with the beach and pier a simple 5 minute walk away. There are dozens of restaurants along the High street which is also about a 5 minute walk away. There is am ple parking for 4 or 5 cars off street. There are stunning views across to savour on the front patio with a lovely hot tub in the rear of the property
Kate
Fantastic house! Its huge and beautifully decorated. It had absolutely everything we needed. Thank you! I would definitely recommend, and would come back in a heartbeat!
Jeremy

Sonia
Overall we were very pleased and may stay again in the future.
Lorraine
The house is stunning. The location is perfect , just a short walk down to the beach . The owners have literally thought of everything . The kids loved the games room and the teenagers loved the hot tub . We would definitely love to stay here again .
Carl
Our family rented the property for a special Birthday celebration weekend, and we all had a fantastic time. The house is beautiful and well equipped - surpassing our expectations. It was also in a good location, just a short walk from the town centre. Id never visited Llandudno, but would definitely make a return visit to do a bit more exploring.
