There are no additional comments to add apart from the fact that after 17 years of having the same holiday for 10 adults this is the best house we have had. It is a 5 star property with excellent amenities and comfort. It is a pity it is booked up next year for we certainly would have re booked.

We were a family of 6 adults and 4 children, the property was so well set up for large groups, the setting was beautiful and the house and outside area immaculate. It was close to amenities with lots of information on where to go and what to do in the area. We booked this for a 10 person multi-generational family get together and we were very pleased with the quality of the property. Ages ranged from 15 months to 85 years and all were very content and well catered for. The hot-tub was a firm favourite with the family. We tend to cook and eat in of an evening and the kitchen was suitably equipped for o ur needs. Its in a great location and the owners (Phil & Becky) were very helpful on the couple of occasions we needed their help.

This accommodation is really lovely and has been beautifully designed to accommodate large groups, whilst still offering some privacy. It was immaculately clean on arrival. We liked the decor and the layout of the house; it was ideal having ensuites for each bedroom. The hot tub was great and enjoyed by us all, especially after walking in the Snowd onia National Park!
