Really superb accommodation in a great location. Extremely well appointed with everything you need if you want to cater for yourself. Two decent local pubs in Penally which are in easy walking distance, one of which has a bakery which is handy. Tenby is just about walkable if you want to (a good 35-40 minutes) or a short drive. Hot tub great way to relax after a long walk! Would highly recommend

A beautiful lodge in a lovely peaceful spot. Very well equipped and exceedingly clean. Very convenient to travel anywhere within Pembrokeshire. Due to the extremely hot weather the hot tub was invaluable in the evening, a great way to end each day.

A fantastic lodge in a great position and it is so quiet around and about. Modern, stylish, very comfortable and the hot tub and generous welcome pack made for a memorable stay with friends. You can walk from the lodge to the beach via Kiln Park site and easily onto Tenby town along the beach or the cycle path with the coastal path going all the wa y to Saundersfoot for a longer walk.

This was a real home from home. A beautiful modern property, very well equipped and very comfortable. The hot tub was a bonus too. Very clean and a lovely welcome pack left by the owner. Lots of lovely walks in the area and some lovely pubs and restaurants in Tenby. The food at the local pub The Paddock was good too but no real ales, which was a sh ame. Would definitely recommend and would happily stay again.

The Dinosaur Park is located in Tenby and makes the perfect family day out. Activities on offer include fossil hunting, Dino Crafts, Pat a Pet and the treasure hunt. For both toddlers and older kids there's an indoor adventure playground, ideal when the weather is not on your side. The high-tec activity centre is always popular with interactive fun and education. Folly Farm in Pembrokeshire is an award winning Farm attraction, offering fun for the whole family come rain or shine. The main attractions are the Zoo, Farm and Petting Barn and there is also a huge Adventure Play Area and a small funfair with traditional rides. Priced at just £8.00 for adults and £7.00 for children it offers excellent value for money. There are several places to eat and drink including a licensed bar and a family friendly restaurant.

Pembroke Castle - SA71 4LA

Pembroke Castle is thought to be the birthplace of the Tudor dynasty and is an excellent choice for a family day trip. The castle one of the areas most iconic landmarks and features an amazing 75ft high Great Tower! Visitors can also take a tour of the Norman Hall and the Exhibition Rooms where the displays change regularly. There is also a Picnic area and plenty of open space for children to run around in the grounds and gardens. The site also has a cafe and a gift shop.

Merlin Hill Centre - SA67 8BP

Merlin Hill Centre is a working dairy farm located deep in the Carmarthenshire countryside. Although not a petting farm the farm is still very family friendly with plenty of fun activities to keep children happy. The farm has a good sized play area and plenty of picnic tables as well as a Farmyard Heritage Centre where visitors can learn all about Welsh farm life and about the mystical Legend of Merlin. Get there early if you want to watch the cows being milked!

They look different at different times of the year but one of the most popular times to see them is in Autumn.
