Enjoy the stunning sea views from the sitting room, kitchen and diner. The time spent together in the family living area with a kitchen will be a treat for all cooks, with a comfy seating area to watch some TV and a unique dining table created by using the original front arched door for the table top.

A beautifully presented sitting room is just across the hall, a perfect place for times spent together reading, playing board games or chatting and planning days out. Rhodewood Lodge Reviews

Maggie
Brilliant house for a family holidayget together. I cannot think of anything that could be improved. Very personal service from the owner.
We are a group of 10 and we meet every year for the past 20 hrs this has to be the nicest house we have ever stayed in. Beautiful rooms and wonderful scenery, walkin distance to Saundersfoot and within easy reach of Tenby we will certainly visit again
An absolutely beautiful location views and a stunning home. It has everything you could possibly need for a home from home holiday. I stayed with a group of schoolmum friends for a weekend reconnecting after a long time without having seen each other. We had a wonderful time, the house is absolutely beautiful, spacious and homely, but also luxurious with the beautiful rooms and high quality finishes. I would have no hesitation in returning to Rhodewood lodge or in recommending it to anyone for future stays. I love Saundersfoot in the winter when it is quieter, but this home has so much to offer, it would be a perfect stay all year round.
1. Plentiful and helpful communication from Sarah beforehand 2. Everything about the house is lovely and thoughtfully executed 3. Saundersfoot is terrific for families 4. We found local people unfailingly friendly 5. We used the minitumblers as egg cups 6. We briefly met Andrew, who was also very approachable

The house is absolutely incredible!

Rhodewood Lodge was amazing

Spacious, very comfortable home with high quality fixtures & fittings. It's full of character, with a large kitchen & a couple of lounges & dining areas. Also has a large garden & patio area with plenty of chairs & beds. Superb location just 10 minutes walk to Saundersfoot village and beach, & on the Pembroke coastal path. Saundersfoot itself is very vibrant & something of a foodie paradise. It has a large, sandy, safe beach.
Christine
Rhodewood Lodge was perfectly situated for Saundersfoot. If anything it is even better than the pictures. We were there with children and there are plenty of games and a lovely welcome pack. The kitchen is very well equipped and the utility room is ideal for all the sandy items. As the granny in the party I had the room which is slightly separated from the others. It was supposed to be my retreat from the chaos but the kids found me!! I can thoroughly recommend it
Rhodewood Lodge is a spacious, delightfully restored and very comfortable holiday home for a large family group. There are great views from some of the upstairs rooms. The owners have thought about virtually everything that any guest might need and provided it. We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful house set in lovely Saundersfoot with its delightful beaches.
Beautiful property, very well maintained, great location and everything our large family of all ages needed. Would highly recommend.
Fantastic property in an ideal location with good people to do business with. A lot of thought had gone in to make this place so enjoyable for us. I would definitely stay here again with my family 6 adults and 2 children under 5.

The property was lovely we didnt want for anything. Great location and extremely comfortable. 8 of us stayed for a reunion and we had a ball! Thank you so much will be recommending this property to others.
Lovely house in a great position with good parking. We were a party of 6 adults, so were able to each have an ensuite. 4 needed to work at times, and the property allowed each of them privacy to conduct their meetings. There was a bit of an issue with wifi and 4g, but the best areas for use were soon sussed. Kitchen facilities are great and we managed a BBQ a couple of nights. Hot Tub was lovely. Easy walk downhill into town. We had a lovely lunch at the Stone Crab and a evening meal at Coast chose the tasting menu. You need to book at these places well in advance. Stone Crab seems to have a permanent sorry were fully booked board outside and it is usually a couple of weeks before they have any vacancies. Narberth has some lovely shops, went on a sea safari from Tenby, Picton Castle is a great day out, with a Spanish restaurant on site. Blas restaurant we booked ahead at St Davids was very good. Beaches are beautiful. Wouldnt hesitate to go again.
Rhodewood Lodge is a superb holiday property. It is comfortable, spacious, well equipped and beautifully designed, indoors and out. The location is great too, 5 minutes walk down to the beach or to Saundersfoot. Loads of useful information provided too, and excellent communication by the owner.
We had the most wonderful time at Rhodewood lodge we celebrated a 70th and 40th birthday with the family and we couldnt have asked for a more comfortable and memorable stay. We were blown away by the interiors, the attention to detail of the facilities available e.g. plastic cuttlery and crockery for the kids and the owners had gone the extra mile with our welcome pack. The location is perfect a very short and scenic walk to the beach and around the corner from the infamous St Brides Hotel but we felt we chose the best more luxurious spot in Saundersfoot. We really do hope we get the chance to stay here again. Diolch yn fawr.

This is a fantastic house. Beautifully situated in Saundersfoot, with access to gorgeous sandy beaches and little shops. The house was equipped with everything you need and more. The outside space is a gorgeous suntrap and the hottub was lovely. We booked again for next year before we had even finished our holiday!
Stunning house in a perfect location for exploring Pembrokeshire or strolling into Saundersfoot. Beautifully restored, this house is a luxurious, comfortable and well equipped property both inside and out. I would wholeheartedly recommend Rhodewood lodge.
Sandra
We have stayed in lots of luxury properties and Rhodewood Lodge is one of the best. Every need has been catered for. The location is perfect for the beach and local amenities, being able to walk to them is a great advantage.
An absolutely stunning home which had everything our group needed we will be returning!
Such an amazing house and amazing location. So local to the beech and shops. The quality of the house was perfect. Lovely decor, very clean and well equipped. Had such a lovely time in Rhodewood. Thanks
Elaine
Our second New Year break at Rhodewood for our three generation family of 11. The property is fabulous, the owners put heart and soul into every detail. Saundersfoot is just beautiful and surrounded by so many outstanding places to visit. We had an amazing New Year! Thank you so much.
The most amazing property! Ticked every box, so close to pubs and restaurants. We were overwhelmed with the detail of the house and how beautiful it was! Would 100 recommend, I already have! We would definitely stay again. 1010. Thank you Sarah! X
This is a beautiful property which is equipped with everything you need. All rooms cleaned to a high specification and hot tub was prepared in readiness for our stay. Contents included a large selection of board games and booksvideos which was ideal for our families with children aged 616. Kitchen fully equipped with copious space, as well as two fridge freezers. Location was within easy access to village, beach and to local activity centres. This is a must for anyone wanting to stay in the area.
We stayed in Rhodewood Lodge with family members aged from 24 to 83. We were celebrating mine and my partner's 60th birthday and the house was brilliant. The photos didn't do it justice. The bedrooms and bathrooms were lovely, comfortable and luxurious. We spent most of our time in the downstairs kitchendiningliving room and the upstairs sitting room with access to the hottub. Both were excellent spaces for us to be together. I've never stayed in a holiday house where absolutely everything you can think of was provided. We had a fantastic time and hope to stay there again. Thank you very much. Ali Watson

Have been lucky enough to stay in some amazing venues around the world, never really thought SW Wales would impress in quite the way that, say, Miami or Lapland do but Rhodewood Lodge is up there with the best of them. Wonderfully converted accomodation with decor curated to match, blending history with modernity seamlessly. Amazing views over the bay and a short walk into the great little town of Saundersfoot. Great comms and info from the owner who clearly takes pride in excellence. Highly recommended.
Very well organised venue and good hospitality. Highly recommend for large parties and great facilities.Close to town and easy to walk to and from shops etc.
Richard
Fantastic property in a prime location. Great views, easy walk into town and the beach. There were 9 of us spanning 3 generations and the house fit us perfectly. We hope to be back.
Douglas
A very well equipped property with plenty of space. High spec with modern facilities and technology. Felt like a home from home with books and games available for use. Owners are very friendly and helpful.
Elizabeth
I appreciate this review is a year too late as we stayed here 2022 and have stayed before. This year we have booked to try somewhere in south England and I'm sure it will be lovely however I have already realised how exceptional the owners of Rhodewood are both with their prearrival information which they clearly took alot of time researching, places to eat, visit, contact numbers, what we could expect in the cupboards, where there fans, games etc every detail was included. Also an easy contact. The cottage I have booked I can't even get a straight answer I just get redirected to the booking agent and on hold for ages so give up. Just wanted to praise again the beautiful property but most of all the owners attention to detail and communication it really does make all the difference anyone who has booked thus property you're in for a treat Stunning
A beautiful house in a stunning Position with sea views but still only a short walk into Saundersfoot and the beach. It was perfect for our 3 Generation holiday and we had loads of space. We were lucky with the weather and enjoyed mostly sunny days but even on a rainy day there would have been plenty of games to choose from and games and books for the children, too. I would definitely recommend this holiday accommodation.
Stunning property maintained to a very high standard. Perfect location for walking and enjoying town and the beach. The whole family enjoyed their break. Thank you very much. Highly recommended.
The property was presented to an extremely high standard. It is a large property with plenty of space for families. Facilities were also of a high standard. It is well placed for visiting both Saundersfoot and Tenby beaches and even has its own close Local beach which we loved.
Lovely big house, very well equipped and comfortable. Great views. Good off road parking and ideal for family get together.
Barbara & Alan
We had an absolutely amazing week at this gorgeous house to celebrate my sister in law's 80th birthday. We made some wonderful memories and we would all love to return. We had our 4 grandchildren with us aged 2 12 and they loved very minute with loads of room to play and a beautiful garden with swing hammock and hot tub. The owners have done an incredible job restoring this property and bringing it back to its former glory. The photos on Sykes don't do it justice! It's an immaculate , beautifully designed home which we absolutely loved and felt very sad leaving
This home is packed with charm and character , with ample space for our 10 guests . The renovation has been done to a very high standard and it is well equipped with everything you would need to make your stay comfortable . The little touches are what gives this house its 5 rating .From the luxury bedding and towels to the dish washer tablets and tea towels . The welcome pack was much appreciated , as was the hot tub . The location is idyllic and the views breathtaking. By far the best holiday home in the uk . Will be recommending and returning . I Would also like to add that the communication with the owners was fantastic and they went above and beyond for us during our stay . No bad points at all .

Delightfully large property. Outstanding costal location. Ticks all the boxes for the needs of our 3 generation family. Uniquely stylish, cosy, comfortable and spacious. Outstanding helpful communication from owner, Sarah. Highly recommended this property for any time of the year.
