The cottage is absolutely beautiful, amazing top end facilities in the middle of nowhere surrounded by nature, but within driving distance of everything you should need. Yes just had the best 4 days, as 8 adults, 1 preteen, 2 babies and two dogs. Hottub was amazing!!! Will book again!!!

I booked Fairbanks for the family so we could all celebrate together for my birthday. The location was beautifully peaceful. We as a family loved every aspect of our stay. On arrival, we found a lovely hamper of essentials left for us by the host, the hot tub was hot on arrival, ready for us to use. We stayed in Fairbanks just after Christmas, it was an opportunity for my sister and her family to come down from Scotland and meet my family, my mum and my other sister for a family Christmas. The house was perfect. We all had a bedroom each. The hot tub was great and we enjoyed the games room with the pool table and the retro arcade games. What a fantastic property! Everything we needed and more in a spacious beautifully furnished home, complete with under cover hot tub, and separate games room. Having the lounge, kitchen and dining room on the upper floor makes the most of the countryside views. Tiled flooring with underfloor heating throughout key areas is a blessing, especially wi th our dog! It's only a short walk of under a mile into Builth Wells.

We had a wonderful 4-night stay at Fairbanks over New Years Eve. The house is amazing, plenty of space for 6 adults, two children and two dogs. It is well equipped and the owners have thought of everything you could need. The separate games room is a brilliant addition and we spent a lot of time in here (and also in the hot tub!). Debbie was very h elpful and responded quickly to messages and questions before and during our stay, nothing was too much trouble! We would definitely recommend!

The pictures dont do it justice when you pull up to the drive and see the house in person it is so beautiful! It had stunning views out of any window you look out of and inside is decorated perfectly! Debbie the owner is super friendly and helpful! I cant wait to book and go again!

We had a lovely stay at the start of September. The house is very well equipped and spacious, well looked after and felt homely with how it had been decorated. All the bedrooms were of a good size. Big dining table that meant we could all sit down together, sometime you feel cramped in larger houses. The lounge area was ample too. Loved the hot tub and games room! The owners were really helpful, friendly and great local recommendations too. We would definitely recommend and stay again.

Inside there is a huge soft play area with a separate area for toddlers as well as ball pools, climbing frames, slides and chutes. The Cannon balls are a big hit with children of all ages.
