The hub of the house is the spacious, light and airy kitchen/diner with a Smart TV, a breakfast bar and an elegant central dining table, providing a fantastic space for enjoying a celebratory meal.

The ground floor also has a useful shower room. Upstairs you will find a refreshing family bathroom and four beautifully decorated bedrooms: three super-king-size (two with en-suite bathrooms and one with an additional single bed) and an en-suite twin.

The final bathroom is reached via the garage: a cheery twin room with an en-suite shower room and access to its own handy kitchen. Outside, the large landscaped garden has a big patio with a soothing hot tub and plenty of garden furniture, making a fantastic spot for a summer BBQ.

Both Walberswick and Southwold (1.5 miles) have pretty beaches and great pubs and cafes. Attractions include Southwold Maize Maze, Henstead Exotic Gardens, Leiston Abbey and Camel Park Oasis, all within 15 miles.
