Also, the property is perfectly located to explore the popular market towns of Helmsley, Malton and Pickering or to take a trip on North Yorkshire Heritage Steam Railway for a stunning journey across the moors to the bustling coastal town of Whitby.

Step inside and feel instantly welcomed; make your way into the stylish and spacious kitchen/diner with plenty of room to make a home-cooked meal. The kitchen has everything you need including an electric oven and gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and wine cooler.

Enjoy your meals together at the dining table as you mull over the day’s events. After dinner, head to the lounge with a wood burner at its heart, light the fire and snuggle down on the sofa, turn on the Smart TV and pick a film to watch on Netflix.

You'll can also step up into a ground-floor handy utility/boot room which provides plenty of space for outdoor gear, wellies and walking boots, includes a washer/dryer, from here you can step up into a shower room with a shower and WC. On one side of the cottage is a staircase that leads you up to a single bedroom; a second staircase takes you to the final two bedrooms: step up in to a king-size and super-king-size zip-and-link (which can be made into a twin on request).
