The property enjoys a convenient location in the tranquil hamlet of Tresarrett, just 1 mile from the pretty village of Blisland with its post office/general store, pub and church looking out across a village green.
Bodmin Moor lies immediately to the east of the property, a magical spot for horse riders, walkers and wildlife spotters. Heading west, the historic market town of Wadebridge (7.5 miles) rests along the banks of the beautiful River Camel, with an array of shops, pubs and restaurants.
Following the course of the Camel, the port of Padstow (15.5 miles) is famous for its superb seafood restaurants. The picturesque fishing village of Port Isaac is also just a short drive away to the north (10 miles).
Entering this stunning property, the bright and airy entrance hall leads through to the country-style kitchen/breakfast room with a beamed ceiling, ample storage and plenty of equipment. Exploring the ground floor of this light-filled hideaway further, you will find the dining room with slate flooring, a generous dining table and a wood burner.
There's also a snug area offering comfortable seating and pretty views over the garden. Further space for relaxing can be found in the main lounge, up some steps, with a Smart TV, another wood burner and sumptuous seating.
The ground floor also has a WC and a utility room. Heading upstairs, there's a cosy snug for children, with a Smart TV and an assortment of board games.
This floor also features four light and cheerful bedrooms: two spacious king-size rooms – one with a charming dressing room and a handy en-suite bathroom; one zip-and-link twin (can be arranged as a super-king-size on request); and a twin room. The accommodation is rounded off with an elegant bathroom.
