Visit nearby Trebarwith Strand, which has lifeguards during the summer season, a surf school and is pet friendly. From here step out on the South West Coast Path and take in the glorious views of the north coast on route.

Also close by is the medieval village of Tintagel, with its craggy ruins steeped in myths and legends and home to Tintagel Castle, one of the most spectacular historic sites in Britain and where you can walk over the stunning new 60 meter bridge set between two cliffs, and the picture postcard fishing village of Boscastle. Other attractions and places of interest accessible from here include stunning Bodmin Moor and numerous National Trust properties and gardens. Step inside this characterful property and you will find all the accommodation conveniently arranged on the one level, with the first area being the cosy and welcoming open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner.

This great sociable area boasts comfortable sofas sat in front of a warming wood burner and Smart TV, providing the perfect place to relax after a day exploring. Included in this space is the relaxed dining area and here you can enjoy a leisurely breakfast prior to heading out, and the perfectly appointed kitchen area is brilliantly equipped and offers an electric oven and hob, microwave and fridge with ice compartment and coffee machine.

The next rooms are the pretty bedrooms, both of which have been lovingly fitted and furnished, a king-size room and a twin room. The contemporary shower room with WC complete the offering inside the property.

Located outside and directly to the front of the property there is a small patio area with a bench, and further to this, guests have access to a large five-acre shared dog-walking paddock with cut paths. There is also an undeniably useful shared utility with a washing machine and tumble dryer, freezer and a dog shower.
