Providing cosy and welcoming accommodation for a group of friends or a larger family, the house is perfect for exploring the gorgeous beaches, quaint villages and quiet coves of the stunning South Cornwall coastline.

The house is situated in the charming coastal village of Portmellon, just over half a mile from the idyllic fishing resort of Mevagissey, making it a wonderful spot for discovering the Roseland Heritage Coast. Stepping into this tastefully decorated and quirkily furnished property, the open-plan lounge/diner makes a wonderful space to unwind in.

The dining area has a nautical theme and views out to sea, with plenty of space for you to enjoy a special family meal. You can relax in front of the traditional wood burner in the lounge area, and the stylishly designed kitchen is fully equipped with a range of useful appliances.

A second lounge provides more space to relax and features a TV, plenty of seating and a warming wood burner. Exploring further, there’s also an additional breakfast room and a pretty sunroom looking out onto the patio.

Four bedrooms can be found upstairs, all with TVs and sea views: there are two king-size rooms, one with a Jack-and-Jill shower room, plus two delightful twin bedrooms and a family bathroom. Going outside, the back garden features a patio with outdoor furniture and a BBQ so you can sit back with a glass of wine in the evening.

There’s also an external wet room so you can get the sand off after a day at the beach.
