The generous open-plan area makes for social gatherings all under the vaulted beamed ceiling with sofas for relaxation, a woodburning stove for toastier times, a large table for dining and a smart fully equipped kitchen, with all you need to rustle up a bite to eat. The first-floor elevation takes advantage of the country and distant sea views.
On the ground floor there are two twin rooms, and the master king-size has an en-suite bathroom with free standing bath for a luxurious soak, plus a dressing room. There is a separate shower room to enjoy a refreshing wake-up to prepare you for the day.
The boot room at the rear is a space for coats and shoes, leading out to the large garden, with lawn, patio area, garden furniture for those sunshine nibbles and a built-in barbecue. Set against a country backdrop with distant ocean views, this property is a tranquil haven.
Other local beaches include Piskies, a lovely sandy cove, the next one to the west of Prussia Cove, and Kennegy beach, a long sandy beach which is very quiet and unique but can only be reached when the tide is out via a walk over the rocks. As well as the Packet at the top of the road, the Victoria Inn in Perranruthoe is recommended for drinks and great food.
