Corfe Castle is a picturesque village with a number of excellent pubs, restaurants and independent shops, all overlooked by the atmospheric ruins of the castle itself. Nearby beaches include Kimmeridge Bay (6.5 miles), Studland (9 miles) and Swanage (5 miles) – the latter which you can reach by steam train, and is home to a Victorian pier, traditional promenade and the Prince Albert Gardens.

Other attractions include The Blue Pool, Dancing Ledge (both 4 miles) and Smedmore House (5.5 miles).
