What a wonderful few days we had in the Fron. The cottage was spacious, comfortable with beautiful beams throughout the house. We loved chilling in the hot tub while looking out at the beautiful countryside. Stunning house in an idyllic setting with the best views - perfect for a big family get together. Beautifully appointed with everything you could ever need all thoughtfully provided, from ample kindling and firewood, to a Welcome basket stuffed full of tasty goodies (and one for the dog too!) in the enormous well stocked kitchen. Fantastic hot tub / pool table / sauna - the list goes on, and good walks pretty much from the front gate. Incredible restoration job. We loved the Fron!

The Fron was perfect. Amazingly well equipped to cater for a group of 11 (8 adults & 3 children) All the beds were super comfortable and the underfloor heating was delicious. The Fron is fairly out of the way but super quiet and set in the most amazing countryside for walks. The owners were on hand but not intrusive, made sure the heating fuel was stocked, rubbish removed regularly and the hot tub was clean. We loved the sauna and had lots of fun setting up our pool league in the games room.

Cantref Adventure Farm offers hours of indoor and outdoor fun for the whole family. Inside there is a huge soft play area with a separate area for toddlers as well as ball pools, climbing frames, slides and chutes. The Cannon balls are a big hit with children of all ages. New for 2010 is the Badgers quest interactive maze. Outside there is a play area, large boating lake with paddle boats, nature trails with clues and quizzes and an agility course. At only £29.00 for a family of 4 the park offers outstanding value for money.

Dinefwr Park and Castle is the perfect place to come if you like the great outdoors. These stunning ruins are one of the areas most iconic landmarks and are surrounded by breathtaking scenery and wildlife of all descriptions. There is also a 17th century mansion to explore with grand rooms and wonderful exhibits of paintings and tapestries. The gardens feature amazing floral displays and there is also a delightful Tea Room. Children can let of steam on the adventure playground.
