This is an amazing little get a way, lovely and private and very well equipped. The owners are brilliant, going above and beyond with lots of help and information. The hut is very warm and cosy , yet spacious and comfortable. There are lots of fabulous places to visit near by. We had a wonderful time here and definitely intend to return .

Cannot recommend this place enough if you just want to switch off and relax. Lovely hut and brilliant hosts, just fire up the hot tub, lean back and watch the stars. Plenty of walks in the nearby area and several places worth visiting.

We had such a wonderfully relaxing time staying at Buddy! The hosts were fantastic and always on hand should you need them. The lodge is completely private and spotlessly clean. Close enough to the local town should you need supplies and some lovely walks near by. We cant wait to visit again in the near future!

You can't ride the animals but you can trek alongside them and enjoy the fantastic scenery. From farm tracks to country lanes the gentle animals will carry your rucksack for you along the way. There are personally guided treks available all year round and you will have your own Llama for the trek.

Conkers - DE12 6GA

about 27 Miles

Conkers is an award winning attraction located in the midst of the National Forest. Combining both indoor and outdoor activities this is an all weather attraction in the Peak District. It's really easy to get to as well, just 5 miles from Junction 11 off the M42. Designed for all ages some of the highlights include the Enchanted Forest Adventure play area and a simulated Tree Top walk.
