We had a lovely 3 night stay here and discovered the place ideal for getting away from it all. The owners were incredibly friendly and approachableand they really went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, even providing a loaf of freshly baked bread on arrival! The hot tub is a great touch and really easy to use, plus the location is convenient for exploring the dales and just 10 mins to Catterick if any shopping is needed.

We booked a short break for 4 nights at Arbour Hill, craving some rest and peacefulness. The cottage is in a lovely setting in North Yorkshire. It's bijou and perfect for a couple, boasting a high standard of cleanliness and finish, all set in stunning grounds. The owners are incredibly helpful.

We stayed in a lovely quaint cottage that was beautifully decorated and spotless. The location and views were greatand the wood fired hot tub was such fun! The drop n dip service on our first night was fantastic. We arrived to freshly baked bread and eggs, which was a delicious treat and a really lovely touch. It's a perfect spot to explore some great places, just a few minutes' drive away. We visited Thorpe Perrow Arboretum, Bolton Castleand Harmby Waterfall, all of which were well worth a visit. To top it off, we even had Sooty the cat join us on our last night!
Emily
We were absolutely thrilled with the accommodation! It was compact but so well designed and equipped. The owner was super helpful and friendly, providing us with great suggestions for days out and fantastic directions to the castle we could see from our bedroom window. The location was just right for us, tucked away off the beaten track with no traffic noise at all. The property and grounds were really well maintainedand we loved the hot tub, which was definitely worth the effort to get heated up!

What a beautiful place to stay! It's so peaceful and relaxing, we would definitely recommend it to anyone. The location is just ideal for exploring North Yorkshire; we had wonderful days out in Hawes, Leyburn and Richmond. It was delightful to return to such a quiet spot, where we could read our books and unwind in the hot tub.

We really enjoyed our stay and the owners' parents were so welcoming and friendly! The homemade bread and fresh eggs in the cottage were a lovely touch and it felt very cosy, perfect for a short break away, with loads of places and attractions to check out nearby. Their cat was just as lovely and came by often! Would definitely recommend to family and friends.

This place is absolutely stunning, we couldn't have wished for anything more! It was so peaceful and relaxing, just what we needed. The cottage may be small but it's really well designedand the hot tub is such a lovely bonus, plus the bread and eggs for breakfast were a nice touch. We would love to come back in the summer.
Laura
A beautiful high spec cottage in a lovely rural area! The cottage is bijou as advertised, but my partner is tall, so we did find it a bit too small. The wet room is lovely and spacious thoughand the bed is really comfy! You would need to set aside a morning to heat up the log fired hot tub if you want to use it later on, as it takes about three hours to get going. It was a bit too far out of the way and a tad too small for us. We would recommend it for a summer stay but not really for winter.
Emma
This place is just stunning with gorgeous views from the hot tub! The personal touches, like the baked bread and eggs from the owner, really made it special! We can't wait to book again!
