About Llawnroc

Tucked away amidst the stunning countryside of Cornwall, on the edges of Mullion, is this stunning, semi-detached holiday home of Llawnroc. The property is a truly fantastic base for a family of eight's getaway on the Lizard Peninsula, courtesy of its luxurious accents throughout and access to a plethora of on-site leisure facilities, including a shared swimming pool and an infra-red sauna.

Upon arrival, park in one of two sought-after off-road parking spots, before making your way inside to be wowed by this property's lavish interiors. Move through the property to come across the tastefully decorated sitting room, where velvet sofas rest around a large flatscreen TV and an electric fire; the perfect space to enjoy quality time with your loved ones!

Continue to the impressive kitchen/diner, a well-lit room hosting contemporary units with a high-gloss finish, along with ample appliances, including an American fridge/freezer and a wine chiller; the chef of the group can whip up mouth-watering meals in style here! When these tasty dinners have been rustled up, enjoy them as a quick bite at the breakfast bar, or as a larger affair with all the family at the sleek dining table.

After dinner, freshen up in the cloakroom/utility, where you can also throw any old clothes into the handy laundry facilities. One of the four tastefully furnished double bedrooms can be found on the ground floor; this room features pretty décor, a wall-mounted TV and access to an en-suite shower room, making it ideal for multi-generational breaks!

Progress upstairs to find the latter three double bedrooms, with the first one benefiting from a TV and an en-suite shower room, another enjoying the luxury of TV in both the bedroom and the en-suite bathroom, along with another beautifully decorated double with a TV and an en-suite shower room; all of the first-floor bedrooms feature zip/link beds, for extra convenience. To the rear of the property lies a private garden, a space that has been landscaped with relaxation in mind, with its hot tub and fire pit taking centre stage!

This property could not have been better. We have never been to a property which is so well equipped so many pans! The facilities were amazing probably a bit understated and photos dont do it justice. The play area is much better than the photo and has been refurbished. Owners were very friendly. All in all perfect for us. We would definitely recommend it.
