The two bedrooms are sumptuous, one with a king-size zip and link bed, with a pristine ensuite shower room for that morning blitz and access onto the rear private patio with garden furniture for sunshine breakfasts, and a hot tub for relaxation as the sun goes down.

Beyond is an open grass area, a shared space. Bedroom two has a twin zip and link bed which can convert into a super-king-size on request.

The family bathroom is super smart, ideal for that relaxing bath after a day on the beach. The glass balustrade stairs lead to the first-floor open-plan living concept, a generous social space with sofas and Smart TV, a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen.

Head onto the balcony with alfresco dining furniture, an additional spot to enjoy sunshine feasts. Una St Ives on-site facilities include an indoor swimming pool, outdoor lido, spa and café for fun and refreshments within paces of the house.

Head into coastal St Ives, with an abundance of attractions for all the family, where four superb beaches offer water sports, surf schools, swims and paddles. With a wide choice of beach cafés, traditional inns and restaurants, many hugging the pretty harbour, you’ll enjoy a varied menu from the catch of the day, international cuisine, fish and chips, cream teas and pasties.
