Had a lovely week at Alltmaen Farmhouse. The house is clean and fully equipped, we travelled in two cars and there is plenty of parking for more than this. The added bonus of the pool table and hot tub were such a treat. The location is beautiful with lovely views to the front of the house and quiet walking available on the surrounding lanes. We to ok our lurcher dog with us; the garden is not fully secure for an escape artist hound but this was not a problem as we did not expect it to be.

If you have dogs in your party, although treats, bowls and beds can be provided, I would not recommend this property unless they are trained to not go upstairs.

Stayed at Alltmaen as an extended family of six (plus two dogs) in July, and happy to recommend this property for anyone looking to combine a quiet location with good walking countryside, not too far from a number of beaches and towns and a beautiful property. The hot tub was well used, as was the pool table, and having three separate bathrooms was ideal for us (to avoid morning and evening conflicts). Both dogs enjoyed the space for play, and were intrigued by the cows in the next field.

I dont normally write reviews for places but I really cannot say how wonderful our stay was. The owners were so lovely and attentive and genuinely concerned that we enjoyed our stay. Even rushing out on Christmas Eve to fix the wifi!! The house is beautiful and the games room is perfect for all of the family. It is so clean and so well looked after . The sun room is stunning and perfectly heated so in winter we could sit and enjoy our surroundings without being cold. Would 100% stay again!

We have just returned from Alltmaen Farmhouse. What a beautiful place! The farmhouse is very well equipped,immaculately clean, modern and stylish. We were a family of 7 ranging in age from 12 to 70 and we all thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We especially enjoyed the use of the hot tub and the games room. The owners were so welcoming and nothing was to o much trouble. We will definitely be visiting again soon.

Although not a petting farm the farm is still very family friendly with plenty of fun activities to keep children happy. The farm has a good sized play area and plenty of picnic tables as well as a Farmyard Heritage Centre where visitors can learn all about Welsh farm life and about the mystical Legend of Merlin. Get there early if you want to watch the cows being milked!

When the weather is nice this attraction is perfect as you can wander around and admire the superb range of exotic trees and shrubs. They look different at different times of the year but one of the most popular times to see them is in Autumn.
