Outside, the enclosed lawn garden is perfect for outdoor dining with its garden furniture, BBQ, fire pit, and solar lights.

The highlight is undoubtedly the hot tub under a pergola, ideal for relaxing after a day of exploring. Secure bicycle storage is also available.

Nearby attractions include the sandy beaches of Llangrannog (5.5 miles), the seaside town of New Quay (12 miles) where you can spot dolphins, and the National Trust property Llanerchaeron (15 miles).

The historical chapel in Mwnt is also worth a visit.

Lampeter 2 miles. Set on a hillside, in the village of Pentrebach near Lampeter, this former farmhouse enjoys far-reaching south-facing countryside views. Once off the main road and on a 'no through' road, you will pass two houses on your way up to the property and then only come across the local farm traffic thereafter.
