About Gwynnant House

Tucked away on the edge of the village of Rhydlewis, just moments from the picturesque seaside of Llangrannog, this stylish and spacious hideaway is the ultimate rural retreat for anyone wishing to explore the magnificent Ceredigion coastline, countryside and its unspoilt natural beauty. Follow the inviting warmth of the electric fire housed inside an impressive, exposed brickwork fireplace into the open-plan lounge/dining room to hunker down for the evening by relaxing on the comfy leather sofas and catching up with your favourite programme on the Smart TV.

Gather the gang around the dining table to plan tomorrow’s adventure or enjoy a delicious locally sourced feast that cook’s prepared in the stylish and spacious adjoining kitchen. As day turns to dusk, retire upstairs to either of the two light and bright bedrooms which both feature a contemporary colour palette as well as wonderfully large windows framing the rolling hillside scenery.

On a fine evening, roast marshmallows over the fire pit, dine alfresco on the enclosed lawn or simply soak up your peaceful rolling hillside scenery from the comfort of the hot tub. The idyllic village of Rhydlewis is just 5.5 miles away from the fabulous sandy stretch and vibrant independent shops, cafes and restaurants of the seaside town of Llangrannog.

Dive into your iconic and picturesque scenery by joining up with the Wales Coast Path to spot seals, porpoises and bottlenose dolphins in the wonderful shoreline that surrounds you; jump aboard a boat trip from nearby New Quay 12 miles away for a closer look at the wildlife from its best watery angle. For a traditional bucket and spade day at the seaside, the beautiful beaches and coves along Cardigan Bay, such as Poppit Sands and Aberaeron can be reached within 16 miles.
