Upstairs, there is a second lounge area, a king-size bedroom, a double bedroom, and a shower room.

The property boasts a separate games room and gym, featuring a multi-game pool/ice hockey table, dartboard, gaming TV, rowing machine, and exercise bike.

The highlight is the hot tub, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The lawned gardens and patio area offer stunning sea views over Abersoch Bay towards St Tudwal's Islands and Snowdonia.
