Kim
We had an amazing weekend. 3 couples, 3 king bedrooms. Hot Tub was a welcome from the walking. Lots of glasses for the drinking. And what a location.
Sarah
Amazing location. So close to the centre of lovely Saundesfoot. Super comfortable accommodation with everything you could ask for.
Caroline
This is a lovely house with great facilities and brilliantly placed for the beach, shops, restaurants and cafes. We would highly recommend for family groups; so much space!
Janet
What a beautiful house. It literally had everything we could want and we felt so comfortable. All different age groups but it catered for each of us. Location really is excellent and Saundersfoot is such a lovely seaside village. Quite un spoilt compared to bigger places. excellent stay we loved it and made some great memories :)

We stayed at this property in early July 2023. There were 6 adults,1 young child and a dog. The property is very well equipped and very spacious. The property is well situated for easy walking into Saundersfoot but the property has lots of stairs - the bedrooms are on the lower 2 floors and the kitchen/dining area is on the top floor (4 flightsRead more of stairs from the garage!). There is space for 2 cars to be parked in the garage but there are 2 parking passes for an additional 2 cars available that were not mentioned on the website. Overall a very enjoyable stay. Hide

The cleaning prior to arrival: half empty water bottle under bed, dirty mirror in bathroom. On arrival: two lamps (upstairs lounge and a bedside table) didn't work, shelf in fridge insecure, panel by toilet in ensuite off the wall, no toiletries (eg shower gel, shampoo, toilet paper etc) provided which you don't expect at this level of rent. ProperRead morety booklet: instructions: how to use hot tub unhelpful, instructions where to leave rubbish when leaving unclear, threats to fine 100 if noise complaint sets the wrong tone and might even encourage some to test the rule. One of the toilet flushers broke when being used.... very prompt repair effected. These may seem small details but they are important. Otherwise a lovely property in a beautiful place. Hide

Hi, The house was lovely. Loads of stairs that we werent quite aware of. The bins hadnt been emptied when we arrived. No bags for the bins or recycling. We had to buy black bin liners when we arrived. Found pairs of used false eye lashes around the place. Dishwasher was full when we arrived so we had to empty it. No bags to put the linen in. DeparRead moreture time of 9am was far too early it ruined the last day of our holiday as we had to pack, clean and tidy on the last time due to the early departure. No oven gloves which we thought was dangerous. No soap in a couple of the dispensers in the bathroom and a tiny bit of washing up liquid. The dishwasher was needing rinse aid and salt so the clean was not good and we had to wash up so had to hit washing up liquid. Hide

The BBQ had bot been cleaned and was, quite frankly, disgusting. We were given a code for the key safe, but to get into the property we needed a code to open the car park gates, which was nowhere to be found in the access email. Because the person who called the office to find out the code was not the named account holder the person handling the cRead moreall would not give out the gate code, saying it was available inside the property in the information pack. They completely missed the point about not being able to open the gate to get in. Thankfully one of the neighbours let us in. Not impressed with the property access details Hide
Michael
