The Lemon Tree Reviews

Paul
A lovely house, with masses of room, both inside and out. A good pub is in the village, although it is probably a drive, rather than a walk, away, especially at night. The Duke's Head in nearby Somerleyton is also very good.
Stephen
Nice property well equipped and comfortable. Only niggles, both towel rails did not work (reported)
angela
Lovely property .great location and facilities
David
Really nice accommodation which has all you need. Hot tub was a fantastic hit as was the wood burner. Great location and although there are other parts to the building which form other rental units, you do feel very detached and it's peaceful. Would definitely recommend and would look to book again in the future.
Roy
Beautiful accommodation which has everything you need. There is not a lot to do nearby. Yarmouth is not worth visiting. We loved Southwold and Aldeburgh. Norwich is well worth a visit, the cathedral is amazing. Snape Maltings is also good. We had a nice meal in The Village Maid pub in Lound and the Mardle cafe serves good coffee.
Vicki
Fantastic place. Loved the space, peace and hot tub. Remote location, no pavements and roads too fast to walk along. Car needed.
David
Superb property with comfortable furnishings and tastefully decorated. Well equipped to a high standard. Unfortunately, a fierce cold wind stopped us from using the hot tub! The barn is well situated for exploring the surrounding countryside.
Jude
Nice place with modern equipment. We love the hot tub; the view from it looking towards the field is great, but the view towards the grounds is untidy. It's been like that 2 years running. Cleaning is ok but the whole place needs a deeper clean. I suspect the cleaners and grounds-people (who are just LOVELY BTW .....we spent time talking to Tony th e groundsman and the local cleaners) do their very best in the hours they've been allocated.
Wendy
Stunning place, pure luxury, our first Christmas away from home and what a place to spend it in! Hot tub was lush & very well looked after every day. Under floor heating was so warm, definitely didn't need to light the log burner. Highly recommended place to stay.
Anas
Amazing cottage! Went for 4 nights which consisted of 4 adults and 2 babies. The barn itself was brilliant, very clean and beautifully laid out. I went in the winter and it was great but i think it would be an even better experience in the summer when the sun and bbq are out.overall myself and my family had a brilliant time and would recommend it t o anyone thinking of going.
Stephen
Lovely house , modern in design but with character. We had a couple of very minor issues which were corrected very quickly and without fuss, both related to technological services in the House but no big deal at all
Leslie
Very comfortable with peaceful views. Quiet with plenty of space within the property for a family.
Frank
The cottage is beautiful and very tastefully furnished. The position of the cottage is very well situated to visit many places.
Janice
We had a perfect week in The Lemon Tree, especially as we enjoyed excellent weather. Very spacious accommodation and well equipped, in particular the hot tub was kept scrupulously clean by daily maintenance. Lovely peaceful and quiet location with enough in the locality to keep us occupied on days out.
Derrick
Wow! What a lovely place! Absolutely superb! We all loved it and the kids are wanting to get a hot tub when we get home now! The Lemon Tree seemed to be in the best position at the rear for privacy. I would definitely recommend!
Kevin
Very well equipped, roomy and comfortable, spotless clean in an ideal peaceful location within easy reach of many attractions and supermarkets etc. We were a couple but there is more than enough room for 4-6.
John
Very spacious, clean and modern cottage with plenty of amenities, Wifi, TV in both the bedrooms with streaming services i.e. Netflix and Prime. And not to forget the wonderful hot tub. I and the family really enjoyed our stay at the cottage with close commutes to other areas in Suffolk. I would highly recommend cottage to others.
Julie

Pleasurewood Hills Theme Park - NR32 4TZ
about 2 Miles
Pleasurewood Hills Theme Park is an amazing 50 acres area of stunning coastal parkland and is packed with family friendly rides and attractions. This park is an excellent choice for families with children of varied ages as there are a number of small rides for the little ones as well as some adrenaline boosting white knuckle rides for teenagers. As well as rides the site hosts some fantastic shows including the ever popular Sea Lion and Parrot encounters. At Halloween, Christmas and Easter other themed shows can also be enjoyed.  The site also has a good range of places to eat and drink whether you are looking to spend a leisurely hour relaxing with a meal or just grab a quick snack.
Africa Alive - NR33 7TF
about 7 Miles
Africa Alive is one of Suffolk's largest attractions and one of the most popular in the whole of the UK.  The Africa themed park is very unique and gives visitors the chance to see some amazing creatures in a habitat which is as close to nature as possible. The park can be explored by car and on foot and Hyenas and Giraffes are just some of the animals you will encounter as you make your way around the park. Watch out for the lightning fast Cheetahs and keep your eyes peeled to spot the more reclusive creatures. During a day at Africa Alive there will be plenty of shows and educational talks taking place and if the weather turns then the indoor Adventure Play Ground comes in very handy. The site also has a well stocked Gift Shop and a Discovery Centre.
Bewilderwood - NR12 8JW
about 16 Miles
Bewilderwood is a fun day out for the whole family located in the Wroxham area of Norfolk.  This imaginative adventure park has won awards and we think kids especially will love the characters and the magical tree houses. You can even book your ticket online and beat the queues by visiting their website where you can also view video clips of the park. This place is also the setting for the book 'A Boggle at BeWILDerwood', by local children's author Tom Blofeld.  Parents are not left out either as you're encouraged to take part and play alongside your children.
Dinosaur Adventure Park - NR9 5JW
about 27 Miles
This fun family day out has been well planned and we think is certainly worth a visit.  New for 2010 is the PrimEvil at Dinosaur Adventure.  Other fun activities include the Dinosaur Trail, Arachnophobia, the Raptor Races and the adventure play area.  The secret animal garden is also popular.  You can play a role in wildlife conservation and sponsor an animal if you wish.  At the moment if you sign up for their newsletter there is a chance to win a family ticket.
Banham Zoo - NR16 2HE
about 29 Miles
This award winning wildlife attraction has much to offer both families and couples looking for a fun and educational day out.  You can discover a whole wild world of animals with over 1000 different animals from around the world. You will probably want to try and spend the whole day here so you don's miss out on anything.  Highlights include the amazing animals presentation, the birds of prey display and the feeding talks, all of which take place at set times of the day.  This attraction is fantastic value for money and highly recommended.  Their latest event is the Snow Leopard Club Naming Auction and there has recently been a baby giraffe born at the zoo.
