We stayed in this cosy cottage attached to the main house and found it really charming. The privacy was decentand the kitchen was well-stocked, making cooking easy. The welcome hamper was a lovely touch with some essentials included. The owners were friendly and happy to give tips on local spots. The country park nearby is perfect for walksand the kids loved meeting the dogs and relaxing in the hot tub. Watching the alpacas from the upstairs window was a highlight! Definitely worth a visit.

We stayed at Bee House recently and honestly, it was lovely. The welcome hamper was a sweet touchand the selection of local books and pamphlets was handy. We especially appreciated the dog bowls and the outdoor BBQ setup. The outdoor field was perfect for running the dogs around. Its central location makes exploring easy, with plenty of walks and sights nearby. Definitely a place we’d return to - highly recommended!

You may have seen this amazing attraction on the BBC1 Animal Park programme.  This is actually the first safari park outside of Africa where you can get close to the animals from the comfort of your own car. Some of the highlights include the zebras, the wallabies in wallaby wood and the sea lion escorted cruise to Gorilla Island.  And of course the magnificent lions and tigers are a must see.  This really is an animal experience with a difference and you can save money by booking your tickets online.  This attraction is open until the end of October. This wonderful attraction in Gloucestershire will appeal to animal lovers as you will have the chance to see the fantastic work going on and meet the rescued horses, ponies and donkeys.  This place is funded entirely through public donations and they rely on these vital funds.  Kids will love the play barn and straw den where they can run off some energy.  New for 2010 is the Aerial Runway with Jungle Climber.
Bristol Aquarium - BS1 5TT

The Blue Reef Aquarium and IMAX 3D Cinema is located in Bristol and makes a great fun family day out.  The newest attraction in the region it's an experience not to be missed.  More than 7000 animals are resident in naturally themed habitats and you can enjoy wandering around looking at the 40 displays. Highlights include the giant octopus and the cute seahorses. The IMAX 3D cinema system is fantastic - you will feel like you are swimming along with the animals.
Studley Grange Garden and Leisure Park - SN4 9QT

Studley Grange Garden and Leisure Park is a fantastic attraction based in Swindon, Wiltshire.  For nature lovers and those who like to get out and explore this is the perfect day out.  It's also an all weather attraction with Butterfly World being part of the site.  Butterfly World is kept at around 85 degrees year round so this makes a perfect place to visit in all seasons. A visit to the Craft Village is also recommended where there are a wide range of handcrafted gifts.
Salisbury and South Wiltshire Museum - SP1 2EN
