The Stork Reviews

James
We often do UK cottage breaks and usually pick high-end places, but the Guillemot totally changed our view of luxury! The owners have really thought of everything - great layout, super well-equippedand the bed was honestly the most comfy super king I’ve ever slept in. The enclosed garden was spot on for our Goldie to relax and play, while we soaked up the stunning views from the hot tub. With nearby beaches and towns, it's a cracking spot - we’ll definitely be back!

Emma
Really enjoyed our stay. The place was cosy and felt like home. Perfect spot close to charming beaches and scenic villages. Our little dog loved having the garden to roam freely, though sorry about the hole he left behind-hope it’s not too much of a problem!
Oliver
Fantastic accommodation! Even the kids were like Wow when we got thereand they're usually really hard to please. Such a brilliant touch to have the welcome pack with poo bags and dog treats, that was a lovely surprise. It was great to have tea, coffee and sugar all ready to go. The views were amazing and it was so peaceful. We’ll definitely be going back when we can find a free date!

Smoo Cave - IV27 4QB
about 25 Miles
Smoo Cave is a popular attraction which can be enjoyed all year round but visitors should wrap up warm during the winter months.  This spectacular limestone sea-cave in Sutherland is the largest in Britain and is simply spectacular. The cave was formed by a burn that runs down into the rear chamber, as well as erosion caused by the sea. Guests can take the path from the car park which runs right through the cave. Boat trips are available in the summer months and are an excellent way to fully appreciate the cave from all angles.
