We had a lovely stay over Christmas. Has everything you need. Super comfy beds, soft bedding and towels, super clean. Looked seeing the ducks on the pond every morning. Owners are close by if needed (not that we did) and we're super friendly when we saw them. We have stayed in 4 different properties over the last 9 weeks due to building works at hoRead moreme and this was by far our favourite Hide

What a gem of a find! Set in an idyllic location off the beaten track (literally) in a very tranquil and beautiful location - just what we needed for a few days away from the city! The barn was fully equipped, clean and spacious and we enjoyed every second, especially the hot tub! Thank you for a wonderful stay - couldnt recommend highly enough!
Adrian
Beautiful Barn and very nice surroundings, Everything was just fine. Very clean. Had everything you need. We enjoyed the Hot Tub. Fern the Dog came every morning to say hello. We loved everthing. Thank you, and we will return
Kristina
Great property in quiet farm location. Local community convenience store nearby but anything more is 20-30 mins away so good planning required. Jacuzzi is a dream especially for star gazing. Very comfortable beds and good kitchen facilities. Nice to be away from busy roads and see clear skies.

A truly wonderful week at Binneford Farm! We had a great week exploring Devon, from Paington Zoo, to Diggerland, right up to Woolacombe. We had some lovely meals out at the London inn and also the lamb inn! Delicious The hot tub was the perfect touch, as were the surroundings of natural beauty! The views are really worth it. Fern was the star of thRead moree show, and my boys absolutely loved their morning visits from her and the ducks. A beautiful farm, in a beautiful location! A MUST visit ! Hide

A beautiful & relaxing location nestled in the heart of Devon. The accommodation was a superb barn conversion, fully equipped for a self catering stay, which also included a BBQ & a luxury Hot Tub. The family owners were lovely & greeted us upon arrival. With all these attributes we will be returning in the near future & hopefully will be able to r ent the two gorgeous Shepherd Huts adjacent to the Barn. Thus providing a great place for the whole of our family to enjoy another holiday.

We had an absolutely wonderful time staying at the Barn, it's a good size, bright. Plenty of space to enjoy a tranquil stay. Clear dark skies at night allow you to see so many stars - we even saw a few meteorites. Mike was incredibly helpful and generous and his dog, Fern was the sweetest natured dog I have ever met. We had a fantastic week and hig hly recommend the place. Please note: very narrow single track roads around the area so if not happy with rural driving, it may not be right for you

Beautiful cottage/barn in a picturesque location

Idilic location for a relaxing break. Mandy and Mike are perfect hosts, on hand if needed but not intrusive. The barn is set in gorgeous grounds, inside is spacious, modern and extremely clean. BBQ and hot tub were the icing on the cake. I wish I couldve stayed longer than the week!
Antoniou
We love our stay at the barn. Always feel relaxed when we stay here. 5 star recommendation will be booking for the 5th year next year.
Jackie
The Barn was immaculate inside and outside . The owners got the property ready for us with only a few hours notice and were extremely welcoming. Nothing was too much trouble, a beautifully quiet spot, ideal for exploring the countryside on foot, or further afield by car. The hot tub was fabulous for relaxing after walks it days out
Kirsty
It was so peaceful and beautiful at the barn. I would not hesitate to go back and I would definitely recommend it to anyone. Thank you for a great break!
Toni
Lovely cottage very comfortable and cosy and so well equipped. The views are absolutely amazing. Even though it is a working farm it is so peaceful. The owners are friendly and so welcoming .
Philip
Beautiful barn and surroundings
John
The barn is very peaceful and secluded and is an ideal spot for a relaxing break. The owner lives in a farmhouse a short walk from the barn so is always handy if you have any questions and looked after us very well during our stay. The barn is very well equipped and a short drive from Crediton. The only thing visitors need to be prepared for is the re is no mobile phone signal in the barn itself however we managed to get a good enough signal by just walking towards the duckpond
Jill
The barn and its location are just as shown. The location is peaceful with beautiful views. The barn is well equipped, beautifully furnished and very clean. There is even a small shed at the back of the barn with sunloungers, a parasol and a barbecue. The owners are very welcoming and on hand should you need anything. We had a fantastic two week ho liday and we loved the views from both the barn and the hot tub. We loved Fern the very friendly farm dog too. We left feeling totally relaxed.
Karen
Fantastic property, beautiful setting, peaceful and tranquil, good for the soul
Nicola
Cottage is lovely. Views are fantastic. Jacuzzi was wonderful. Cottage needs sky light blinds in the bedrooms. The cottage was lovely, with great views, and the dog and ducks were so friendly. We also did the farm walk which was wonderful with the curious cows following us in one of the fields. Unfortunately, we found each day we were driving minim um of 45-55 minutes to get to beaches/tourist areas as the location is in the middle of the countryside so it's 20 minutes from crediton alone.
Antoniou
Great place to relax and chill has all home from home comforts. Lovely views Mandy and mike make you fell really welcome and our daily visits from fern the dog and ducks. Plenty of places to go and visit too. Gonna book again next year for sure.
matthew
Very comfortable cottage with great views of pond with ducks farmland
Rosie
The perfect spot for a relaxing family holiday. Being in the middle of nowhere was a huge selling point for us - being able to switch off completely. The cottage is really luxurious, and our son loved the farm dogs visits and feeding the ducks. We will definitely be back!
Philip
Perfect accommodations, clean, comfortable, quiet. Good host.
Michael
Such an amazing place to visit. Owners very welcoming. If your looking for beautiful view and a peaceful getaway this is the place to go.
