We had a fabulous family holiday at this beautiful cottage. If you like quiet, then this is the place to be! Really impressed with the document detailing about the property and the surrounding area. The garden was a great space for our grandson to play in and having the swing ball was a bonus as well as the hot tub! The kitchen is well equipped. BeRead moredrooms comfortable, bathroom clean and comfortable and a bonus having the toilet separate from the bathroom. Spacious property. Will visit again Hide

Really enjoyed our week long stay. Shame no animals no longer at the farm which we had expected based on the information about the site. But this did not affect our stay at all. Lovely location with easy access to Exeter and major roads. Would definitely recommend and stay there again

Fantastic stay in this lovely barn! We had a great time with our 2 children. The farm, even with no pigs now, had plenty to entertain them and the swings and peddle cars were well used. Hot tub was perfect! The barn has everything that you could need and the owners were very welcoming and happy to help.

We had an amazing week at Cider Barn. The property was perfect for our family and we could not have had a better time. Excellent wifi, amazing hot tub and a very homely and comfortable living space. We explored Exeter, Exmouth, Sidmouth, Paignton, House of Marbles, Killerton and more. It's a great location for exploring this part of the country. Yo u feel like you're out in the middle of nowhere, but can be on the motorway in 6 minutes. We hope to return.
Conor
We had a wonderful week here. The barn is very homely and is situated in a fantastic location. We did not noticed the day to day running of the farm so no need to worry about noise. The Hot Tub is amazing and is a great way to relax at home. 10/10 and will definitely book again
Jasmine
The semi-detached cottage is lovely. Really big sunny garden. The kids got quite used to the hot tub! Inside is modern and immaculately clean. Lots of child amenities thought about, stairgate, children's crockery, bed guard. Internet tvs in all the bedrooms and living room. Only thing to be aware of is obviously, being on a working farm, there are occasionally farm smells, but it didn't bother us. Great location for Exeter and coastline. Would thoroughly recommend.
Stephen
Lovely barn. Location was perfect to get out and about. We planned something everyday. Kids loved the space and the hot tub was a nice bonus. We will stay again.
Nigel
Nice cottage could do with more info on where to go around the farm lovely area
Hannah
We had a wonderful stay at the cider barn! Clean and tidy on arrival & all the necessities. Everyone on the farm was very welcoming and the produce is amazing too. Great location for days out... The donkey Sanctuary, crealy, the beach & wildwood/escot to name just a few! Thank you for the hospitality, we will definitely be booking to come again.
Clare
Lovely cottage in the countryside but within easy reach of many places to see and things to do. And a pub serving great food in walking distance. We also walked to Topsham for a day out which was really pretty (some walking on narrow lanes but also cross country). The hot tub was perfect, swingball and table football a great addition for entertainm ent and a few board games to keep us busy. The kitchen and equipment looked brand new and on arrival we found some delicious scones. Very Nice!
Robert
Loved this place a proper home away from home. Stayed with two kids 6 and 2. The property is modern and really well equipped with everything you could need. If youre over 6ft tall you might hit your head upstairs and have to twist a bit in the shower but this doesn't detract from a great property. Location wise this is very peaceful despite being o n a working farm and offers a central spot to explore Devon.
Katie
Wonderful stay at a lovely cottage. Furnished to a really high standard and well equipped with everything we needed. Our little girl loved exploring the farm and saying hello to the animals each morning. Loads to do and see in the area too.
